I had heard good things about this office so I was looking forward to bringing in my 1 year old to his first dental appointment. We arrived 15 mins prior like we were requested. The girl in the front said i never confirmed the appointment. When I didnt recieve a call I texted the day before no reply until the morning! I said we would be there nd all the girls in the front looked at eachother like who dropped the ball which just looks bad! Other than that we go back 20 mins after his appointment nd at this time had been waiting 40 mins and when we go back my one year old clearly isnt happy and the assistants look at me surprised at the fact he wasnt happy. I thought this was a pediatric office. It was so unwelcoming to be there dr got in at 11:40 she was very nice. But the assistant tht was in there said my son had cavities before his exam so that was just annoying! Turns out no cavities just wanted to do a preventative visit for my son! I was disappointed for his first visit

After a prior traumatic experience, I am so happy to say that the gentleman that helped us today was absolutely wonderful. I feel terrible for not getting his name, but he was gentle, empathetic, and professional with my daughter. My daughter and I were both super impressed.

The place itself is okay. The person who helped my child was great! My kid was traumatized once at a doctor's office and since then hates going to any place that has people wearing scrubs or white lab coats. But Luis at SmileBuilders was awesome!!! He took the time to let my child know what he's doing. His demeanor, the tone and body language makes you feel like everything is going to be okay. People in the past also have done that but the demeanor is different - like rushing, saying nicely but body language looks a little annoyed, etc. Thank you very much, Luis. You're awesome. Blessing you with many great things ahead of you.

The staff was excellent. The anesthesiologist and his assistant were especially exceptional. Great with kids. Great at explaining things in adult terms discretely and in easy to understand, comforting kiddy terms as well. My kiddo was very nervous, but they made him feel at ease and did great work. It was as good of an experience as we could ask for. Highly recommended.

It was my 4 year olds first time having cavities fixed - thankyou to the staff ! She was very comfortable she did amazing. And I appreciated the staff giving her extra mini toys to take home for her good job. First experience went great thankful she has a good image of the dentist now

I have always been satisfied with the care and respect we've recieved here. But yesterday's visit went above and beyond. Thank you Nerius! (I'm sure I spelled that wrong I'm sorry) My daughter took xrays for the 1st time willingly. What a milestone! He was attentive and caring and everything you want to see in a medical professional.
