The team at Smilebar is fantastic! Everyone is so upbeat and cheerful that you can't help but catch that happy vibe when you walk in the door. The office runs like a well oiled machine with great music. And wait time is super slim to absolutely none, which I know everyone appreciates! After 12 months my daughters orthodontic journey is finally over. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with her final results. Her smile is GORGEOUS. Working with Dr. N and his staff has been absolutely wonderful, and they have become almost like family to us. They are extremely kind, passionate, and customer centric. The staff always make sure that the patient understands the treatment, and educates them appropriately. We have, and will continue to, recommend this practice to all of our family and friends. Thank you so much!!

I was satisfied with the Invisalign process and service received, which straightened my teeth to my satisfaction. Having spent >$5000 on the treatment, I was keen to maintain the benefit and thus paid for the permanent lower jaw retainer bar (at a cost of $595). This initial bar remained intact for just over 3 years (while I continued to wear the night-time retainer). To my surprise, the bar eventually came loose and needed replacement. Therefore, Smilebar replaced the bar for an additional cost to me of $595, which I figured was reasonable given my initial experience. However, this newly replaced bar came off after just over 4 weeks while eating breakfast. Smilebar agreed to replace the bar at no cost, given it came off within such a short time. However, the second replacement bar came off after just over 4 months, this time completely (i.e. including the bonding agent on all 4 teeth) while eating toast (and during which time I continued to use the night-time retainer). When I once again contacted Smilebar and explained my dissatisfaction and frustration with the bar, I was told that I would need to pay yet another $595 for a replacement. I was also informed that the bar itself is only warranted to be replaced free of charge within the first 2 months post-installation. I was taken back that Smilebar took no accountability or consideration that perhaps the retainer bar was not being installed correctly, especially considering this latest iteration came loose in its entirety, including the bonding agent. Additionally, the lower bar retainer is meant to be a permanent apparatus, which should last upwards of 10 years+ and not months if installed correctly. Smilebar failed to provide quality service beyond my initial experience and also failed to disclose that the device, following installation, would only be warranted for 2 months. I would seriously consider pursuing other practices that are transparent with their patients and can provide a level of expertise that reflects the cost of service being charged to their patients, which is why I am providing a 2 star review.

I have been a Smilebar patient for a year now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. When you walk in, the front desk greets you with a warm welcome. The office is a chic, clean and classy boutique space. I've met with Dr. Nairaki and Dr.Ma, and they have both been very knowledgeable and friendly. I was amazed when I started seeing progress within the first 3-6 months, considering how severe my case was. I am currently in the refinement process and I moved to Texas half way through my treatment. Smilebar is still very accommodating - we have virtual check-ups to track my progress and they mail me my aligners. They're easy to reach when I have any questions or concerns. I also used my insurance to cover my treatment. My insurance was making it difficult and denied my claim initially but the team went out their way and made the process painless - my insurance ended up reimbursing me. If you're thinking about correcting your smile, don't think twice about Smilebar. I couldn't be any happier with my new smile. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed, do not recommend. While fixing minor cosmetic issues, they created new ones and didn't fix them. Their quote for my Invisalign was cheaper and faster than my dentist's, but in the end it took just as long and now I get to figure out how to fix the new issues. I had to repeatedly follow up to get them to finally bill my dental insurance, which delayed repayment by months. I thought going someplace that only does Invisalign would mean they'd be good at it - but now I think it's probably better to go someplace with a vested interest in your teeth long-term.

I had an amazing experience at smile bar Located in Boston Mass, I arrived early for my appointment and the receptionist were so sweet. They even took me a few minutes early. Both the orthodontist and the girl who took pictures of my teeth we're both super friendly and sweet. The orthodontist was super informative and very professional. I highly recommend booking your appointment consultation here because not only is the consultation free, but the people there are both friendly and professional. You can book your appointment online or call them. Once you book your appointment they will email you with reminders the day before your appointment to remind you that you have an appointment the following day. In conclusion I had an amazing first experience.

Excellent experience so far, from the virtual consultation where I really did get an accurate quote for my treatment in 10 minutes, to the impressions appointment which was efficient but thorough and everyone in the office from the receptionist to the providers was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I opted to pay significantly more for Smilebar over one of the mail-in aligner services because of the positive reviews and the expertise/confidence that I got from the orthodontist during the consultation, and am extremely happy that I did.

Had a great experience. I struggled with my smile for my whole life and it was fixed it just a year. Friendly staff and quick results. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to deal with metal braces. You get multiple trays at one time some you don't have to have a bunch of visits so it saves time as there as well.

Knowing this, Dr. Niaraki took over my case and walked me through the steps that were possible to achieve the results I wanted. The staff are excellent. The facility is always clean and excellent feeling. No long waits like at other orthodontists.

Great customer service. Enjoyed my experience, but they told me I'm not a candidate due to my crossbite. Sephra took time to answer my questions and gave me fiji water which was nice.

I always felt like just a number to this office and was rushed in and out of my appointments. Dr. Niaraki barely looked at my teeth and didn't take my questions and concerns seriously. I told him at the end of my treatment that my teeth still felt very crooked, but he said they look "perfect." Nearly a year after I've finished treatment, I have to wear my retainers for at least 12 hours a day/night for my bite to feel normal. When I don't, my teeth noticeably shift and it's extremely annoying and distracting - not at all what I would expect after paying $5000. Dr. Niaraki also severely underestimated the time that it would take to "fix" my teeth, probably just to draw me in (and I have a very mild case). Once I save enough money, I'll go to a legitimate orthodontist and get braces like I should have in the first place. I cannot recommend Smilebar to anyone; please don't let the high google rating persuade you to shell out your hard earned money, as happened to me. Smilebar's only saving grace is Sephra, an incredibly kind, hardworking, and helpful staff member who helped me navigate my insurance.

I completed my Invisalign treatment a few months ago and am very happy with the results. From start to finish scheduling/rescheduling appointments with Sephra at the front desk was a breeze. I worked with both Dr. Niaraki and Dr. Baquerizo who were both very professional and kept me up to speed on my progress during each check in. The office is very clean/modern and located close to the Orange line. While everyone is different, the entire process took less than a year and I was able to get a permanent retainer so my teeth will stay put. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend SmileBar if you are considering Invisalign.

I don't know the name of the nurse who recently works on my orthodontia but she's exceptionally caring the patient that makes me feel very comfortable every of my visit, I will ask her name and update. No need to mention the doctors here are skilled and busy, I am expecting to done my treatment in 10 weeks and can't wait to it. Recommended. Thanks SmileBar!
