Worst experience I have ever had. For more than 45 minutes, I have waited for them to check my insurance card only. Did not get the service as well. They do not care if you got time off of your job.

Edit: Dropping my rating. For two months in a row, they called me a few days before my appointment and had to reschedule. I know it's tough for everyone but still, cancelations two months in a row at the last minute is tough. Dr. Al and assistant Preet did a wonderful job on my implant. It was a much better experience than I expected. I am a new patient and I think I found my new dentist.

I don't want to give one star because the dentist is wonderful but the orthodontist is only there once a month and they said it was no problem getting into another location if we couldn't make that day but failed to mention the other location is in Grand Prairie. Now I'm stuck in a situation I would never have agreed to if they hadn't lied to me.

Dr. Al was simply amazing. I have horrible anxiety about the dentist because I've had horrible experiences in the past. They dealt with my anxiety & 1 million questions before my treatment professionally & I need so much work. I was terrified of the 2 root canals. & everyone said root canals hurt so bad. DR AL was not only gentle, she explained everything as she went & was fast. At one point I got feeling back & mouned to her & she immediately knew what I needed. I expected to go home with pain after the numbing wore off. But I had NO PAIN. I've been to 5 different dentist in my life & never had one like her. Highly recommend this Dr. & will be me & my families primary now!
