This has been the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff are all kind and knowledgeable. They are all very concerned about pain level, and check in constantly to make sure you're OK. I can't recommend this office enough!

I have never in my life have gone to a dentist that has been more caring, compassionate, kind and caring. The dentist was incredibly gentle working on my month, and his kindness, during the procedure was calm- I was able to relax without fear, pain or discomfort. The outcome was that I am able to smile again without embarrassment. The very best dentist!!!! The staff is wonderful, kind, sweet they treat you like family.

Do not believe anyone leaving a 5-star review on here. They are lying through their teeth! The office staff pays them to leave 5-star reviews. By far the worst customer service from a dental office! Also, they take forever to treat you and are extremely overpriced and unprofessional. The majority of the staff is new and lacks skills. The turnover rate is ridiculous. Each time I would go in they would have a new staff member. If they can't keep staff what makes you think they will care to treat you any better?

I got so much dental work done here, dr Prakash is the best dentist, he is so gentle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Staff is really professional and welcoming. They all make you feel so comfortable. I have been coming to this place since 2014!

By far the worst communication and customer service in the history of dental care. They will make any and every excuse as to why they do not accept your dental insurance. The lady at the front office had called me several times to confirm the appointment and kept insisting that cash payment was preferred over insurance this to me seemed bizarre and unlawful. The day of the appointment arrives, and she calls me 10 minutes before the appointment and claims that their insurance system is down and will only be accepting cash payments. At this point, I was extremely disappointed and told her to please remove me from their system and that I no longer will be needing their services. Please stay away from Smile World Dental in Salida, California!! They will lie through their teeth just to get a pretty penny out of you!!

I absolutely love this dental office. All the staff and super nice. The dentists there are super quick and efficient in their work. They are on the higher end pricing wise (as i do not gave dental insurance currently) but I feel like it's definitely worth the money for how amazing this staff is. Thank you!!
