Well you know the old saying about first impressions. Today was my first time visiting here. ( do to insurance changes ) & I was very impressed!! Not only did Jailyn and Kayla greet me with a beautiful smile, But they made me feel right at home, they were very helpful with filling out paperwork, and very thorough and professional you get the picture etc. The atmosphere and the waiting room was so pleasant the girls had such a sweet spirit about them. And Dr. Kawzy was amazing he took his time and went into detail with me about what his plan was for my procedure. He was not in a hurry at all, I was his main priority at that point in time. Dr. Kawzy is the coolest dentist I've ever met. He really took his time to make sure that I understood everything, and was comfortable with the plan he had for me. With that being said my first procedure will take place next week. Based on my visit today I know that I will be well pleased. Also before I left the young ladies went over the details of my insurance plan and to make sure I got the most out of it. I'm new to this area and I am so glad that my insurance told me about this place.

I booked appointments for myself and two daughters at this Clinic and I must say I am impressed! They were so wonderful with my girls and helping them feel relaxed and they were very understanding and non judgmental about my own. I felt confident in the plans laid out for each of us and am so thankful that decisions were left in my hands and not pushed back against like I have experienced at other clinics. Bless the amazing people that work at and run Ideal Dental!

Cannot speak high enough praises about this office!! I've always gotten more nervous than I'd like to admit at the dentist but, everyone has always been so kind, helpful and genuine each time that I've gone. Will take their time to come up with the best plan for you, that you're comfy with. From cleanings and fillings, to extractions and implants, 10/10 Highly recommend!

My 5 year old has a lot of anxiety with dentists, but today he had an exam and cleaning with absolutely no issues. This was our first visit and we will definitely be regular patients now. Thanks y'all!

The staff at Ideal Dental were great! Going to the dentist isn't something me or my children get excited about but the people there we're soooo nice (that's right so with 4 o's). From the moment I called to schedule and appointment they were friendly, accommodating and super helpful. We went in for my oldest son and I can guarantee my youngest and I will be patients there too very soon. I highly recommend Ideal Dental.

After 6 years of living in San Antonio, we finally found our dentist. We have been to many others but have had bad experiences. The Smile Workshop, off of Kitty Hawk, is friendly, cares about the patients and explain options and charges. Everyone who has worked on our family thus far has been awesome! UPDATE: A year later my cleaning appt was at at 9 AM, it's 945 I was sitting in the lobby still waiting. Cancelled my appt and booked with another dentist at 4 today. I tried to reschedule with Ideal Dental and they couldn't get me in until August 16.

This place was AMAZING!! The staff were all so kind and courteous. The hygienist kept preemptively providing me with what I needed before I realized I needed it. She was very skilled, patient, and willing to explain things. The dentist was great, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Everyone, from the front office to the dental technician to the dentist we're all just amazing.
