I was at Ideal Dental and it was an awesome experience Dr Uma and her assistant Tasha was sooo kind, professional and really help me with all my needs. I greatly appreciate their services. They saved my Day, week and future! If looking for a Dentist office Ideal in Hurst is the place to go!

Thank you Ideal Dental. Tasha and Dr. Uma were so kind and made me so comfortable. Tasha made me laugh and made me feel at ease while just helping me not beat myself up for having a bad tooth. It's easy to find good dentists and people in DFW. it's not easy to find people that care and treat you like family there. With so much on my plate right now, it meant a lot.

I love ideal dental they are so helpful and kind... there's no other dental office I'd rather go to ! Other then ideal dental in HURST Adrianna, Alexis, Tasha, Shenine, Saul, Jazmine, and Gaby are so good at what they do

This place is great Tasha is great Dr Uma is great the front desk ladies are great Saul is also great my daughter feels so comfortable here it awesome to me cause out of all the dentist's she's been to In Texas this is the best one so far she saids and I appreciate that and them for making her like that and I've only been going there for less than a month so that says a lot but I appreciate them I thank them and God bless them all

Literal worst place to go to. They take FOREVER. Had an appointment at 11:30 didn't even get called back until 12:20. Then when you go back to waiting room you will wait for another 30 minutes. Do not go here literally the worst experience i've had.

Scheduled an appt a week in advanced where I was asked for my insurance information. Completed the intake paperwork before my appt. It wasn't until I submitted PTO to go to my appt. Once I arrived after waiting 15 mins for my appt. That I was then told that my insurance was not accepted. Even though I literally found this office through my insurance portal.

LOVE this office. The pediactric manager, Juan, was able to get us an appointment today for treatment my son needed. He was in so much pain and he knew the importance of getting him in to relieve that. We had a little trouble with the estimates and insurance but he recovered the whole situation and helped me out significantly! Dr. Choi was great also. Very caring and comforting to my child, as well as his assistants. Thank you so much! We will be back , and hopefully for myself.

Friendly staff and Dr. Ulma did my fillings and she changed my whole outlook on them. I used to hate getting fillings from bad experience but her and the assistant made me very comfortable and the whole process easy.

The Dr and staff were super nice. This was my 2nd visit and they are always very professional. The finance lady was never pushy like some other offices I've been to over the years. This will be my Dentist office going forward and the bonus is that it's only 10 min from home.

I was very nervous upon arrival but Tasha the assistant is wonderful. She and the Dr are very nice and comforting making this one of the best dental experience I have had in quite a while.

The people are very professional and kind. My husband had early onset Alzheimer's and they were very respectful to him. We will continue to come here for dental care.

I had a appointment for 1pm, I got there early as they requested the door was locked. 10 other people was outside the door waiting, and everyone appointment was at 1pm. Moving forward the Dentist that was working on my mouth wasn't focus on me, she was looking behind her, talking to everyone that was walking in rooms, next to me, behind me, and one the side, while she had the drill in my mouth. She left my mouth opened while she went to work on another patients. I could have gotten locked jar. I felt so helpless, I wasn't in a position to say anything. I walked a very upset customer. In addition to that She half cleaned my teeth. OMG!!!! I will never go back to this place again.

From the very beginning the customer service was great, very nice staff.. To the Doctor, Dr.Sport and Tasha made my daughter feel comfortable and was so sweet and nice throughout both procedures. My daughter's words i hope i get her again she was very nice. We have been coming for years since my oldest 11, was born and my son 7. I have never had an issue with this place or the staff, and they have been since by different doctors and nurses.Great service overall, thank you!

Took my daughter in today I don't have to wait long to get in very professional staff friendly and kind especially Dr.UMA I'm very happy I changed my kids doctor and location to Smiles Hurst NE mall BLVd.I definitely recommend I have 4 kids that comes in see Dr.UMA very caring professional great atmosphere thank you again Dr UMA for taking care of my kids teeth Aloha
