I needed emergency treatment and their scheduler was able to get me in same day, on a Friday. From the first contact scheduling through treatment and check out everyone was wonderful.

The staff at SMILE Workshop in Forney are the best. And there are literally smiles from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. The first time I went, I had an HMO, and later found out that SW didn't take my insurance. But by that time I was already so impressed, I told Maria that I was going to switch my coverage to a PPO. I made the switch, went to my appointment, and now my teeth feel great. Now my wife had an appointment too. We're sold! Thanks Beverly. You did an awesome job! T. Powell

I love this place! I had veneers put in after a cracked tooth several years ago, they were horrible and crooked. I chose crowns and had the 4 replaced. They are beautiful!!!

Not affordable and received the run around, via referral to sister location. I arrived 30mins early to stay an HOUR late for what turned out to be a terrible consultation with worst case scenario being tooth extraction for minor crowding concerns.

Awesome staff that will go above and beyond to provide exceptional services. The staff makes you feel comfortable especially if you're afraid of coming to the dentist. My experience has be phenomenal each and every time I am here!

I went to Smile Forney with a pre authorization from the Veterans Administration Hospital. I am a 100% disabled service member. Instead of honoring the authorization from the VA, they demanded $230 before they would do any work. I left disgusted and informed the VA of the unprofessionalism of both the dentist and the staff. Veterans avoid this business.

Writing this as I wait for my 4:30 Ortho appointment it's 5:23! They are ALWAYS running late but this is the latest. I feel like they are booking too many ortho appointments for their office. Instead of 1 Wednesday a month for ortho they need 2 and another orthodontist because 1 isn't enough. And they are short staffed on those days. I honestly regret choosing them & want some type of partial refund for the times they were late. It's 5:30 btw and im still sitting here smh

We absolutely love it here! The staff is so good with the kids and they make the experience fun for them! The dentist is very thorough & answers any questions/concerns we have. For the first time, our kids aren't scared to go to their dentist! They make us feel so welcomed, places like this are hard to come by these days! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

The best dentist I seen in life and great with kids and adults. I love it here
