Great Experience! Love the staff everyone is so sweet. Great customer service. I don't plan on changing dentist anytime soon. Ideal dental is great and they make sure you are well taken care of. Feels like a family. I definitely recommend this location

my 3 yr old and 6 yr old needed work done where they were out to sleep they did a great job to make me feel comfortable with them being put to sleep and talking to me thru the process i will highly recommend this location

This an honest review, I went to Ideal Dental Denton crossing to get an exam/xray 8/18/22, and every one from the front desk to the doctor/dentist and in between were so nice, helpful, honest and informative! They made me feel at home and answered all my questions with out any rudeness theybseemednlikebthey cared. They saved me a bunch of grief from another dentist that told me I needed a bunch of work done that I didn't need that woulda cost me an arm-n-leg. They alos have a really nice in house dental plan that is affordable @ 16.59 a month and it knocks off Alot of money! I am highly considering their in house plan and using them. If I choose to use them I will update my review on their dental work, from what I've seen and experienced they definitely earned a 5 star from me. I thank the entire staff

Great office with wonderful staff. Dr. Nicholson and all staff members I encounter were so friendly and professional. I had a cavity and infection on one of my tooth that was treated without any pain. Thank you.

They need to be more clear on their $19 exam + whitening. they won't give you whitening trays if you have tooth decay/chipped fillings. a waste of time as well. my appointment was at 8am and they didn't get me back until 8:50 then i didn't leave until 10am. i normally don't complain about things lol but i personally didn't have a good experience.

Upon our most recent visit, we were greated with smiles and friendly faces. Mary and Tori were both very welcoming. We sat down and waitited a very minimal amount of time before we were called back and greater by a very polite young lady that introduced herself as Christal. She promptly took each of us through Xray and to our room. She explained everything completely in a manner that was very easy to understand. Between Christal and Dr Kapadia I don't believe we could have had a better experience they put each of us at ease. With Dr. Kapadia's kind nature, I don't believe anyone can go wrong having him as their caretaker

Instead of going to Dental Hell I went to Dental Heaven. They were everything you could want or need. Very professional but caring and gentle. Have never felt this safe in a dental office.
