It was awful. They was very rough with my nine year old grandson. And disrespectful . He had just been to a different dentist six months earlier for cleaning and exam . But due to insurance we had to go elsewhere. And just six months earlier he had no cavities. But they treated us like he had never been to the dentist and that he needed a lot of work done. And extensive cleaning. They tore his gums up cleaning his teeth and caused a lot of bleeding . All unnecessary. In which traumatized him and he is now scared of the dentist . I will never return to their office or refer anyone else especially a child .I am only giving the one star to the front desk lady who was very nice .

The hygienist an dentists were awesome. BUT the receptionist working the front was very rude and unprofessional! It's a bad look when those are the first people you see and are helped by. If it weren't for the dentist and the hygienist professionalism and great service I would of considered going someone else. I was a new patient switching from my last dentist because of the rude receptionist there only to be confronted with another one.

Very kind staff, was not waiting more than 10 mins, my hygienist was very patient waiting for me to take my jewelry out before the xray. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with my first appt. The customer service was excellent. I had tooth pain and was able to be seen sane day for evaluation. Overall great service!

I had 2 crowns installed and was quoted that the insurance would pay 50% of it. The insurance declined it because the dentist failed to properly document why it was a necessity and not a cosmetic procedure. Smile workshop then told me I would have to contact the insurance and dispute it myself so I did. The insurance explained to me smile workshops mistake so I told smile workshop and they said they would send in a new evaluation to clear it up with the insurance. I had no contact with them for over 6 months so I assumed they had fixed the error. They then sent me a 625$ bill. I called them to get clarification and they told me I was supposed to deal with the insurance company and they had no notes of anything I told them about needing to resubmit to the insurance. I have paid the 625$ and smile workshop has now lost a loyal customer because of this.

Very clean building staff was nice didn't have any issues and I would highly recommend and also love the fact that they explain everything in full detail to help you better your teeth .. GREAT STAFF , GREAT DENTIST

Very professional service. The person who cleans this office need to clean much better or find another job. They just did a spot clean job, did not move things to clean around on the floors.

This has been my dentist for many years now. The staff is always friendly and professional. I can tell they generally like working there as sometimes I see them joking amongst themselves. They never pressure me for additional services. They recommend, but if I decline it is okay. I know that Dr. Rigby will be honest if a service can wait. When I had a crown that was wearing out he told me each time whether it could wait. Finally after probably 3 or 4 years he let me know it needed to be done in the next 6 months. The staff gave me an estimate and, once I paid, an appointment. Anytime I have services outside of cleanings, they give me costs and payment options so I don't have an surprises. I appreciate the staff here and have another cleaning appointment in 2023.

My 4 year old daughter had an appointment to get her teeth cleaned, she was a little nervous but Tonya and Victoria talked her through every step and made her feel super comfortable! This was the first time my daughter has been able to get through an entire teeth cleaning and I can't thank Tonya and Victoria enough for being so kind, helpful and informative!

My first experience with them was a dental emergency. (Broken teeth) They got me in immediately and fixed the issue. Since I hadn't had seen a dentist in almost 2 decades, I knew they would find other issues to resolve, and as expected, I opted to use them for a plan to resolve them. Now 6 visits in for both the emergency in and recovering from my neglect, I'm impressed with them every single time. My hygenist, Jocelyn is efficient, communicative, careful, and personable. I'm a handful, as I like to enjoy humorous banter, and she even makes me feel at home in casual conversation as well! The entire staff has always taken great care of me, but Jocelyn is so good that if she ever left, I would probably change dentists entirely just so I could keep her as a hygenist. As I mentioned to the administrative staff, I moved to Amarillo from Chicago, and the standards in heath and professional care seem to be drastically lower in Amarillo than Chicago. Poor administration, doctors that don't show up to appointments, asinine things you would never dream would be a reality. But this facility has proven to be the only exception I've found in the 4 years I've been an Amarillo area resident. Not only do they do what is expected, they go above and beyond, accommodating emergency appointment changes, difficult scheduling, etc. I'd recommend these guys to anyone!
