Dr Bilello and staff are amazing, I felt I was too old to fix my teeth but when I came to their office I felt welcomed and very comfortable. Thanks to them I now have a perfect smile that'll last me a lifetime.

I have been coming to this office for over a year. Everyone is super nice and kind! It is always a great experience coming to the office. The office is super flexible with any accommodations. Dr. Bilello made the teeth straightening experience super easy! Always willing to listen to your concerns and taking time to answer any questions. Dr. Bilello and the staff walks you through each procedure.

Dr. Bilello treatment helped me a lot with my teeth,his professionalism and advanced technology are the best. Ever since my mom and I walked into the office in garden city we were pleased with the service. The staff is great and the office is very clean and we really like how they always have it decorated! My experience with them has been great, they always handled me with care and they are very professional. I attended every appointment i needed to attend in the 2-3 years i had braces and i loved my results. They didn't give me a hard time when i lost my retainers and explained to them what happened, they were very cooperative and gave me new retainers in a reasonable amount of time. They're also very informative and make sure you're educated on what needs to be done to take care of your braces, teeth and retainers. Overall i had a great experience with them.

I have been in great hands working with Dr. Bilello for the past several years. I had a tough case (open bite) and he really took a detail-oriented approach to my care. As an adult, it's not so easy having orthodontic treatment and juggling my schedule is usually an obstacle. However, Dr. Bilello is always very accommodating and they work with my schedule so I can come in when-needed. I am very appreciative of Dr. Bilello and his staff.
