2019: Dentist and hygienist had personal conversation the whole time during the filling. And the filling isn't sitting right so pretty sure I need to get it redone. Would not recommend 10/4/22 Update: The filling ended up cracking and I got it redone at Dr. Fay's dental office in Dover. Apparently the filling was a "shaky" job and it was only a matter of time before it split. Obviously, don't go to this dentist unless you want to waste money.

This place is so terrible. I had scheduled a appointment for my 3 children 6 months back because they were booked up . Today was the appointment I didnt receive a confirmation the day before. I thought oh maybe because the 4th was a holiday. So I call this morning and they say they have no appointments scheduled for my children. Mind you I have had this scheduled for 6 months and requested the day off work to find out they have nothing. Never again .

Terrible. Took full set of xrays and did cleaning, but the dentist was busy. Was told they would put me on waiting list. 5 months later still nothing. Called today with tooth ache - they can't see me until September. And, releasing my records will take a letter and $25.00. Do not go to this dental office.

I have four broken teeth and tried to make an appointment with them a month ago, I was told the dentist could not see me until I had to have a hygienist appointment and after they would schedule an appointment with the dentist. I made the appointment (December 7th) and just days before the cleaning appointment they texted me to cancel the because their hygienist left.

I am the epitome of someone with "dentophobia" (fear of a dentist). As a matter of fact, today was the first time I visited a dentist in almost 20 years! Needless to say, I was terrified...sweating, nausea, shaking...the whole nine yards, only to find that it was completely unnecessary. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was super nice and reassured me that I would be fine. I had a very short wait and Jaydin called me back and immediately put me at ease with her friendly demeanor. While she was gathering my information and getting X-rays, Dr. Dawn came in and just the mere sight of her pushed my anxiety to the surface; however, within seconds I felt like I was meeting with a friend. I had to have a tooth pulled and though I was scared, I gave her the okay to proceed. For the very first time in my 50 years of life, I DID NOT feel the needle at all, and the tooth was out and I didn't even know it. I think at that moment, all my fears subsided. The remainder of the visit consisted of having my teeth cleaned and Jaydin explained everything she was going to do before she did it. Before I knew it, I was all done. I can honestly say that I am looking forward to my next appointment. Another plus, the numbness from the needle was completely gone before I left the office! I could actually drink without having it run down my chin! Today was a great experience for me, I am so pleased, and I highly recommended Dr. Dawn and her staff to anyone with fears of visiting a dentist.

I'm recently a new patient here and extremely happy that i picked this office. I found them by going through my dental insurance web portal. The office staff gave high level customer service, i was explained the procedures in great detail prior to them being performed. The Dentist was extremely gentle, thorough, friendly and upbeat. Its nice to be around that when you are having a complicated procedure done. Thank you!

I had a horrible experience. I am 26 years old and only have had one cavity. After going to smile to smile they told me I had 14!!!! I expressed that it can't be right and I start to get a little anxious, they told me they could put me under for all my cavities. I wanted to get a second opinion so I went back to my family dentist and she told me I had zero cavities. Will never go to smile to smile again

Amazing staff and dentist at Smile to Smile. I am VERY particular about my teeth and they patiently answered all of my questions. My new veneer was built to perfection and cleaning was impeccable. Also loved the new paperless billing and no-touch check-in process (in light of Covid-19) that has been implemented.

The last time I was there the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was complaining on my head about everything during the whole time she was doing the cleaning . She was talking complaining all the time she was doing the cleaning . When she hurt me, and I was in pain , she said there is nothing she can do to reduce the speed of her device . She continued on hurting me , she did not care at all . She was rude .

This is the best dentist office I have ever been associated with. The entire staff is kind and helpful and the dentist is the best ever. I am terrified of the dentist but I have finally found a home with Dr Dawn
