Was my 3 year old daughters first time at the dentist. Wasn't a fan as I feared. Brenda though was very patient with her, and helped make her feel comfortable. All the staff their was very friendly, and made effort to make the children feel safe and welcomed.

DO NOT go to this dentist! I made appointments for all 4 of my kids at the same time. After receiving 16 (not an exaggeration) text messages the morning of the appointments and 2 phone calls and filling out the questionnaires that were asked for, I arrive at the office 10 min before the scheduled time and wait to be contacted to come in. After no communication, I walk my children into the building where we proceed to wait to be helped. I finally call the call center to be told that they will have to reschedule because we are late and haven't filled out all their forms. I proceed to tell them that is not acceptable because I have been there waiting. Then they tell me they won't treat my daughter unless she consents to using the nitrous, which I was encouraging, but she didn't want. Finally, when they start to bring my daughter back and I tell all my kids to come with me, the dental assistant tells me that I am not allowed to bring my other kids (ages 4, 6, and 8) into the office and that they can wait in the lobby and I can go back and forth. I'm not sure who thinks these rules are ok or safe but that is completely unacceptable and we left. If you don't mind leaving your young children alone without supervision or having medical procedures done on them without a parent to advocate then this is the office for you.

Got my zoom whitening today and My teeth are really white now. I highly recommend coming to smile time for your dental services and whitening!

I enjoy coming for my visits. Everyone is kind and friendly accommodating . The offices are now doing covid test for our safety thank you

Went in for a teeth cleaning and Andrea was honestly the absolute best. Didnt know I could enjoy the dentist that much. 10/10 would reccomend!

Was my first visit today and Dr Monica was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff was very nice and professional. Didn't have to wait too long to be seen and was in and out within a hour. BUT, they are charging a $12 PPE for each treatment which my insurance company per their contract can't charge and they charge a $50 up front appointment fee per appointment even if you have more than one appt the same day they still charge each. They aren't able to help me with taking care of my partials and none of their offices offer this service. So, since I have called them out on the fees I received a letter in the mail today and they are asking me not to come back. This is terrible service. If you go to this office check with your insurance and make sure what they are charging you is correct. They were going to charge me 7 $12 fees.

I have recently have chosen for smile time Dental to care for my whole families teeth. Would really recommend this facility especially Doctor Monica she is amazing and always remembers me.

I have been struggling with Dentists for years. This place is absolutely fantastic. Tay, the dental hygienist is amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and they really do care about your dental health! I am so grateful to have found them. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have had bad dental experiences in the past. They are wonderful!

After paying to receive a copy of medical records, their 'website' for signing documents was broken, so they were unable to complete their services. Still no phone call received on status. Their consultation is 1 hr long; but you have to schedule ANOTHER appointment to have any work done.

This office was amazing!! They were so willing to help me when another dentist office would not. This is just proof that they really care for their patients. They have a new client in me for sure and i am so thankful I found them!!!
