It was a disappointment no live staff to talk to when checking in. No live staff checking out. I was treated badly by staff over computer. Dentist was not directed about treatment plan. Very disappointing

Don't pay cash here because they will bill you over a year later claiming that you didn't pay your co-pay. Keep all receipts because they will scam you. I also caught them billing my insurance for things they never even did. Enjoy being investigated for fraud by the Dental Board of California.

smile time was awesome there staff was already prepared and ready to go . i usually feel anxiety when i gotta see the dentist and smile time has honestly taken away my fears

The personal was inviting and professional the receptionists nice and helpful from beging to end. The staff taking care of me during my visit absoulutly fantastic. I reccomend them 1000 percent.

This office has been AMAZING! They have treat my mom and myself very well. The receptionist Isabel is very helpful, and the Dr. Is great. Highly recomend.

This office is not well equipped. Feels like a driveway service. Dr. Jack Gorman experience was terrible.
