I am very upset right now. I went yesterday to your office and was diagnosed with a tooth infection. The doctor who I had the appointment with prescribed me antibiotics and pain medication. I called my pharmacy yesterday and they never received the prescription. I called yesterday your office and they gave me the run around. I called today and was told sorry, but the prescription was not sign by the doctor and was not send to my pharmacy yesterday. The lady on the line told me to call back in 3 hrs. I called your office again 4 hrs later and I was informed that the doctor won't be in the office to sign the prescription until Monday and no one else can sign it. I am in pain and with an infection that can get worse. The reason I am upset and decided to make this review, it's because is the SECOND time it happens to me. Make your doctors sign off on the prescriptions before the patient walks out the door your doctorsare negligent. Now I have to be dealing with this until Monday because no one else can see me tomorrow.

Was supposed to get a cleaning, they are always booked so getting an appointment takes two months in advance. Unprofessional in terms of inconveniences towards the customer.

Worst dentist office I've ever been to in 60 years!!! the incompetence here is off the charts. In 2022 they canceled my appointment for no reason so I rescheduled for x-rays and cleaning I get there and they tell me they are 30 minutes behind OK I wait I get x-rays next they're ready for exam and cleaning I thought but they say I'm not scheduled for a cleaning why did they have me check the Box for Floride treatment then. wow they messed up again I talked to the manager and all they could say is I'm sorry we don't have time for you today I will never come back to this place again FYI this is not the 1st time this has happened go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration!!! Now they contact me and want to talk real.

Has 1 doctor to take denti-cal patients and they are always "overly booked" when I reach out. It's been like that for over a year.. this place is a joke when it comes to service.

WORTH THE READ! I will give 1 star for the staff that gave treatment for my X-Ray and how fast service was. 1 star for the doctor who looked over my teeth & his assistant that took the time to do did my referral paperwork. And the last but not least STAR for the woman in the front desk who helped me with my appointments and was very clear on how it works / she printed off paperwork for my husband as well which I felt she was going beyond excellent customer service - 1 star OFF because they sent me someone else's medical bill a different Jasmine which I'm sure is HiPAA Violation for sharing private information. Another star off for other woman that works front desk I don't know her name she's the asian one that checked me in. (That doesn't help I know). For starters, when I first came in and was charged for my "appointment" which was actually a cancer screening that I had supposedly "consented" to which the woman in the front stated my INSURANCE doesn't cover my "APPOINTMENT". Never mentioned what I was charged for she said my insurance didn't cover my "appointment." So I was under that impression. Big whoop keep the $35 whatever. Advice: They need new front desk staff that are clear and provide better quality assurance! My 1st experience without clarity and getting sent someone else's private documentation & getting charged without clarity was not a great experience for my 1st time visiting a dental office. I did call and clarify if the paperwork was for me or the other consumer. Turns out it was their mistake and they definitely sent me someone else's bill with their private information. Best advice: work on clarity and READ what your sending out. Be clear with consumers upon arrival of appointments.

Smile time Canceled my Appointment the day before and I Could not reach any staff member by phone. This is very unprofessional. In response to reply below from smile time In response to the reply below, I did call your office and as I stated I was unable to reach anyone as your lines were busy and did not receive a call back. The appointment was canceled the day before in the afternoon. This is unprofessional as I had requested that specific day off from work. If there was a change in my appointment I should have been notified a few days prior to the appointment not a day before. I never received a call back as I said earlier. Even if it is against regulations to discuss HIPAA in email I tried calling and was unable to reach anyone. There needs to be a better form of communication between your office and clients.

They tried to sell you expensive services that insurance doesn't cover. You go to the dentist for a basic cleaning only to be told an expensive deep cleaning is what you need, And you won't be able to get any other treatments without it. There is no privacy for X-ray area. If you like to be watched while you are being taken X-ray with your mouth open wide, then come here. I gave Smile Time 2 stars as everyone seemed very nice and friendly. And the place is spacious and looks clean.

Today I came here for my dental exam and everyone was very kind and thorough. I talked with Ana S. for all of my treatment costs and plan. She was very kind and thorough! She really clarified things for me and was very patient and made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend talking with her for all of your concerns regarding your treatment costs.

This was my first visit at this office and it went super smooth, everyone was really friendly and helpful. My hygienist Hau was extremely thorough and explained every step as she was doing it. Great experience!

Donne took care of me today and talked me through my anxiety. Her kind words and support helped me through the deep cleaning. She made sure I was always good and communicated the whole time. I'll only see her now :) I also saw Dr Michael for the first time and was so happy with how patient he was with me. He let me take breaks, walked through what he was doing and so patient with me which is what I needed. I will always see him from now on.

This office is great. I have had multiple fillings and cleanings performed here, and I have had great experiences during each of them. The office is busy most of the time but they do their best to take care of you.
