I have a med exception for wearing masks and was told to wait outside by the receptions if someone was to come in. It was about 100 degrees outside. Also the have scheduling mishaps all the time. They moved My appointment 3 months out because of a scheduling error. However the gal that did my teeth was kinf.

THEY Canceled my dads appointment and said the only next available is 3 months from now lol. Talk about great customer care. That's a 0 star if it was possible.

Friendly enough staff but waiting 3 months for an appt for a cleaning and 2 cavities is ridiculous. All I had done today was x-rays and it took over an hour. The place is kinda grungy. I don't understand the high rating

I have never had to wait past my appointment time and everything about this office is punctual. The dentists and staff are very friendly. All dental work is also done gently and with care.

I selected this office because of the great reviews. However, I did not have a great experience. Well, the visit with the dentist was great but I cannot get anyone to call me back. Both my husband and myself left with a care plan, which I thought was a little pricey but we were ready to begin. My husband chipped his tooth and needed to have it fixed. I contacted my dental insurance just to make sure that I was not being over charged. I obtained my schedule of benefits and shared with the office to confirm appropriate charges. I also asked about being charged for PPE and then the office stopped communicating with me. The did reimburse me for the PPE charges and then never responded to the emails or calls over a two month period. I understand there is an art to up sales I just have never seen it taken to this extreme and then completely cut off communications when it is questioned.

We started with SmileTime dental in Rocklin in early 2020 after we moved to the area. I was remarkably surprised by their technology and how stream lined everything was. It made for such a seamless experience. Then my children had to have procedures done and they said it was the best dental experience they ever had! See my youngest son was traumatized by horrific previous dental experiences. So getting him to go was very difficult. He was pleasantly surprised by how well his procedure went. They literally restored his faith in dentistry! Not long after we moved to Auburn. I was concerned we might have a different experience but low and behold we did not. We had the same amazing experience. I am one happy Mom. My kids are happy. I am happy and our teeth are finally getting the proper care. <3

Renewed my faith in dentistry!!! Everyone here is amazing. I'm usually very anxious at the dentist, but Dr Alix, Dr Monica and Ashley made me feel super comfortable and confident at every visit. Danielle in the front office is magical and deserves a medal for patience and understanding. Thank you guys, for everything!!

I had a dentist appt today with Dr. Alex and Ashley was her assistant. I wont go into too much detail but an appointment that was supposed to take an hour ended up taking twice that amount of time and both Dr. Alex and Ashley went above and beyond today.

Ive been to a lot of dentists unfortunately. I take great care of my teeth but that hasn't stopped my continuous visits to the dentist. I've had some very bad experiences at previous dentists to the point where I hated coming to the dentist. Smile Time in auburn has changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and actually seemed like they cared. It was as good as a dental experience could be and left me with a beautiful smile. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Alix and assistant Ashley were AMAZING! I have had tons of work and been to many dentists but they have been my favorite so far. I have td ( nerve damage) and it's usually off the hook at the dentist but today I was so relaxed and chill I'm actually leaving in less pain. Thank you! Stephanie Auburn

Smile Time in Auburn is an amazing dental office! It's small and intimate but very well taken care of. Staff there are truly professional and yet friendly. They have a gift of really putting you at ease while taking good care of your teeth, TV's in the ceiling help with that too. Big shout out to the receptionists as well, you can tell they have important/demanding jobs but they still make you feel special when you come in. I also really like their paperless, online appointment setup and new patient process. Currently they also accept Dentical and see kids too. GREAT PLACE!

I came here after not seeing a dentist for many years, so needless to say I needed some work done. They take my medical, the staff, and doctors are so sweet and gentle. I recommend this place
