Dr. Hoffman's whole staff deserves a 5 star rating! Dr. Hoffman was gentle and thorough. He made me feel comfortable while working on me and was very careful to not make me nervous. Very Happy! Thank you Dr. Hoffman!

I've written a few reviews of Dr. Hoffman in the past, but I've been recently inspired to add to the narrative. Dr. Hoffman has been my dentist for many years. I was in a car accident last year and soon after began suffering from migraines. I made many visits to various doctors but the headaches continued. I recently went into Dr. Hoffman for a regular visit and he asked about how I was doing. I told him about the headaches. He did an evaluation and screened me for TMJ, which no other doctors had mentioned. I didn't even know what TMJ was. I was blown away that I had seen so many specialists and here was my dentist of all people explaining the root of my migraines. These headaches were SO bad I was barely able to work, I was miserable, I was getting desperate. I think I spent nearly $10k on other doctors trying to get rid of migraines. Long story short, he made a custom-fit oral device that I wear at night. I was shocked that almost instantly my headaches went away. If you want a dentist that truly understands how dentistry integrates into your overall health, you want Dr. Hoffman. If you just want someone inexpensive to clean your teeth every now and then, you're not going to realize or appreciate a guy like Hoffman. Honestly, when I see a negative review of Dr. Hoffman that is all angry because the doctor DID HIS JOB and insisted on x-rays and a proper evaluation, I get even more angry because it's the doctors WHO DON'T TAKE THAT CARE that are doing the dis-service. I want any of you reading these reviews to think about whether you want someone who will really take CARE of you. If you don't, and you just want a $79 cleaning and nothing else, please don't rip a guy like Hoffman apart for trying to take care of you. He knows there are people like me out there and he is trying to take care of us.

Most delightful experience! After being uncomfortable for 60 days due to a jaw dislocation, I visited a true specialist, Dr. Hoffman. Here's where experience is evident. The office has no waiting line , every assistant treats you like gold, and Dr. Hoffman appeared in the lobby to greet me and personally take me to his office for consultation. Impressive. He is correcting my muscle patterns and bite to eliminate the pain via a custom designed mouthpiece. After 24 hours of wearing this lower piece, already SUBSTANCIAL difference. He's worth a million to me! Dan

His website clearly states "Free Consultation", yet his receptionist tried to charge me $250 for 30 minutes. Dr H talked to me for less than 5 mins, then suggested we go to another room for x rays. They never told me that the first few minutes (where he didn't tell me anything I didn't know myself) was the only free part and that I would be charged for anything. I didn't pay because it clearly states free consultation and it's HIS responsibility, not the customer, to say when the free part ends and charging will begin. That is very deceptive and bad business. AND I'm constantly getting email notices from his office even though I unsubscribe every time.
