My purpose as a dentist is to serve my community with humility, conscientiousness, and precision. I strive to welcome every patient into our practice as though they are friends or family. All patients deserve the time, respect, and technical expertise of their dental care professionals. Holding to this standard allows us to provide customized, out of the ordinary care..
I was born and raised in Seattle. I moved to Kansas City, Missouri to attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City after being accepted into the competitive accelerated dental degree program directly out of high school.
After receiving my dental degree, I moved to Santa Monica to attend the University of Southern Californias Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Here, I gained advanced knowledge and experience in the areas of cosmetic, implant, and sedation dentistry.
I met my husband Sumeet while living in SoCal. Now, we have three daughters: Naina, Simran, and Parina. We were excited to move back to Seattle in 2015 to settle in the lovely Pacific Northwest. We love the Greater Seattle area for its natural beauty, diversity, and energy as a thought leading and innovative technology hub.
I fulfilled my dream to open my own dental clinic,Smile Studios in Redmond, in the summer of 2019. I cherish the ability to provide my patients with personalized dental care using state of the art equipment. My goal has been to provide dental care to my patients as if they were my own family.
I grew up with a very different idea of dental health and its importance than my parents did growing up in India. What I feel fortunate about is that I used to go to the dentist regularly and receive orthodontic treatment for my considerable overbite and crowded teeth. I cherish the value of healthy, beautiful teeth and believe that everyone deserves to understand their dental conditions and make informed decisions about their dental health.
My favorite part of coming to work every day is engaging with my wonderful patients and amazing team to help people achieve their best smile. Dentistry has become more and more accurate as well as predictable thanks to digital advances. I enjoy finding and deploying new technologies to provide patients with the best suited exceptional care.
I cherish leading my daughters Girl Scouts troop and volunteering at her elementary school. I like being involved in our community as it helps me gain perspective from getting to know people. The school year flies by with soccer, basketball, and skiing. In the summer, we enjoy taking long weekends to explore the Pacific Northwest we love Cannon Beach and the San Juan islands.
Professionally, my hero is Dr. Charles Dunlap, our magnetic pathology professor who is not only brilliant in his field, but a fantastic tale teller and human being. Personally, I admire my mom. My parents immigrated to the United States shortly before I was born, at a time when our community in Seattle was less diverse. Like many other immigrants, they had been through a culture shock and worked hard to build an easy life for our family.
Born and raised in the beautiful state of Washington, I love what I do and pour my heart into giving our patients a wonderful experience at Smile Studios. My goal is to make sure all our patients have a brighter, healthier, happier smile before they leave the door.
When Im not working, I enjoy time with my husband Andy and two children Landon and Brooklynne. I love camping, working out and being outdoors in the sun! I have a passion for modeling and have competed as a former contestant in Miss Washington USA!
My mom and my dad who have gone above and beyond for raising my brother and sisters and I to be the best we can be, and for teaching us hard work young. My mom has fought breast cancer and many other surgeries in her life and the strength and happiness she shows everyday is incredible. Which is why I look up to her for many reasons and is always coming out of a tough time with a positive attitude towards anything in life.
Hi, everyone!I started as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2005 and Ive worn many hats in the ever evolving dental field since then. My goal is to make a positive impact in changing lives one smile at a time.
I couldnt single out a best day as there are simply too many. I cherish countless happy moments in all our travels, adventures, and even in our daily ordinary lives. Ill admit, my sky diving was epic, though.
The women in my bloodline. I was blessed with grandmothers, mother, sisters and daughters who were and are exemplary in wisdom, strength, integrity, resilience, courage, conviction, generosity, unconditional love and more. So, even if Im the only one here in the USA, I thrive.
Hi Guys! My name is Kristy and I am new to General Dentistry but I have worked in an Orthodontists office as a financial and front office coordinator. I am extremely excited to continue to learn about this wonderful field and I feel so lucky that I get the chance to work with Dr. Tina at Smile Studios.
Thats a hard onethere are two days in my life that I will always hold extremely close. First was the day my husband proposed.we had been traveling Europe and we decided to go on a gondola ride through the canalas of Veniceinstead of getting down on one knee he said if I kneel, ill tip over the boat but.. what do you think about continuing our adventures as my wife? First and last time he was a hopeless romantic. Second, was the birth of our son. Such a flurry of emotions and craziness that the first day of his life is a blur but Ill never forget the moment the doctors held him up for me to seemy life shifted on its axis.
Someone who is close to me: My grandfather, he was and is one of those who speak few words but when he does you better listen cause its usually gold. He showed me the magic and beauty that can be created with a creative eye, patient hand and hard work. Famous figure Mia Hamm. She is a pioneer for womens sports especially soccer. She is always who I aspired to be when I was on the pitch.
Hello All! Im Seth, and Im a dental hygienist. Its my job to work with each patient in order to shine the light on what goes on in the mouth, and facilitate individuals in every way possible to achieve a smile they can be proud of. I find, the most important part is simply having a game plan. We are all eager here at Smile Studios to assist or answer any questions a person may have. Our hope is to take some, or all, of the anxiety out of dentistry.
Outside the office, my wife and I enjoy going on motorbike rides when the weathers nice. We frequently find things to do outside with our two boys, rain or shine: Laser tag, going on hikes, throwing the football, etc. Our boys are growing up so fast, so we take every opportunity to spend quality time with them.
I love to spend my free time with family and friends. I enjoy staying active playing basketball, soccer, and volleyball or exploring PNW hiking trails! I love to travel and would like to see as much of the world as I can to experience different cultures!
Ive had such a blessed life so I am not sure I can pinpoint just one day. I would say that my parents moving to America 21 years ago and giving me the opportunity to be educated and live in a free nation was the best thing to happen to me.
