Dr. Grover is the most caring and attentive dentist I have ever had, her attention to detail is phenomenal! Shes given me the best dental care I've ever received and is always reassuring during the procedure and makes me feel safe. Her staff is equally amazing! They are always super accommodating and answer their text service promptly. My medicaid HMO changes at the end of the month and will be out of network with her. I'll be purchasing out of pocket insurance just to stay with this practice. Looking forward to bringing my little girl here too for her first dental exam. I Cannot say enough good things about this place.

I Love the place, everyone in the place made me feel welcome. Nice environment and the dentist and the other young lady is awesome they made me feel real comfortable. The dentist fixed my front teeth back like it was never broken. And my cleaning wasn't bad either. Going back. I would recommend her to anyone. I went back to the dentist today Wednesday 31 2022 since Monday and I received 3 filling . I didn't fell any pain. Dr.Grover is wonderful . She is my dentist since Monday. I love her work . Iam glad I made the right choice to go to her.

I have had horrible experiences with a dentist in the past I was so traumatized I haven't gone to a dentist for over 15 years shame on me but I was terrified. I am so glad I researched and even more happy I chose smile studio they are truly amazing. I walked in full of anxiety and was met with such amazing calming presence. They explained everything every step of the way made sure I was ok constantly. I'm so grateful and feel so good knowing I have a dentist I will be continuing to go to without the fear! Thank you!!!

Hands down the best dentist office. I've had many less than favorable experiences with the dentist but after going to Smile Studio I can say that I have finally found an office and a dentist that truly cares. From day one I was treated with the utmost respect, patience and un understanding. That's a rare commodity these days and that alone should earn them 5 stars. But there's so much more. I genuinely look forward to my visits, and I'm really happy to find someone that cares. Because that has made me prioritize dental care, to be proactive in care than reactive in treatment...and I'm sure there will be lasting effects. I really can't thank them enough, and it makes all the difference that I found this office in the midst of the pandemic. Thank you for all you have done so far!

Smile Studio is an amazing dental office who I would recommend to anyone. The staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Grover provided exceptional care and did not hesitate to answer all my questions in regard to my treatment plan. I felt at ease when she was working on my mouth and knew I was in good hands.

Absolutely wonder staff!! All the ladies working here are so kind and patient. I saw Dr. Puneeta Grover for a consult on my broken tooth. They were extremely nice to me and didn't try to push me into anything. She had my tooth out in about 5 minutes. Seriously the most painless experience of my life. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for them.

My visit at the Smile Studio was a very pleasant experience. Dr Grover and her staff are extremely pleasant and professional. My tooth cleaning was fairly quick but yet very thorough and painless. Throughout the process everyone was very attentive and very patient with me. It turned out that I needed some small cosmetic work to be done and Dr Grover did it fantastically. Overall I didn't feel I was at the dentist office. Great place, wonderful staff and genuinely friendly atmosphere, I really recommend the Smile Studio.

Our entire family has been going to Smile Studio since it opening. It is far for us to drive, but it is worth it. The entire team is very professional, courteous, and the place is very clean. The doctor follows up personally after the procedure has been done. Also, coordinates with specialists for your case. This personal and human touch is rare to find these days. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants a fabulous experience with a dentist.

I was recommended here by my brother. The facility is clean and spacious. The staff and Dr Grover are nice! They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and explained everything. Tiffany was very nice! 10/10, I highly recommend this dental office!

I highly recommend Dr. Grover at Springfield Smile Studio! The staff is very courteous. The dentist is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was recently visiting family in NJ for Christmas when my wife had a dental emergency and had to find a dentist on a Saturday! Springfield Smile Studio was able to schedule her at a short notice for a 1 pm appointment. We were sent all the required forms, via text message, and I filled those on my way to the dental office. Upon arrival our temperature was taken and upon verifying that we did not have any symptoms of COVID-19, my wife was seated on a dental chair and the staff started preparing her for x-rays. This dental office is very good about their schedule and uses the latest technologies to service their patients! The place is very clean and looks beautiful inside. The staff was extremely nice & professional. They really made us feel comfortable. We were in and out within 45 minutes and back into the Christmas spirit! Thank you Dr. Grover for your help!

They're so friendly and clean. They made sure that I was 100% comfortable the whole time. I was skeptical about going to the dentist during a pandemic but I was the only one in the office, they kept their masks on the entire time and took the right sanitizing precautions during this rough time. I'm recommending them to my whole family.
