This is one of the best dental visits that I've ever had. Needed some emergency work completed and Dr Lewis and Kierra took care of me. They both gave A1 services. Also allow me to add that the male in the front of the office was very professional and helpful. I believe his name was Phillip. My apologies if the name is incorrect. Thank you everyone.

Best dentist office so far. Recently moved to the Gwinnett area and was recommended here. Friendly and efficient staff. Dionne was very welcoming upon my arrival and Kierra was wonderful as my dental assistant for the day. She was very gentle and explained everything she was doing to ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Jen was wonderful as my hygienist and definitely would recommend going on the days she is available. I walked out of the dentist more confident about my smile and the future of my oral health.

Kierra and Jess are absolutely amazing. It was my first visiting Smile Studio of Buford and I am very happy I did.. My visit went really well, and I had multiple visits there after. Jess is very knowledgeable and she has a lot to share about oral care. Kierra is so caring, sweet, and soft spoken. She assists Dr. Lewis and is very meticulous at what she does. I am extremely happy with the service they offered and oral procedures that has been done so far, and I'm looking forward to having my teeth straightened in the near future. Dionne, keep smiling, and Kudos to the entire staff

I'm glad I found this place. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk receptionist Dionne was so friendly. The dental hygienist Jessica did a great job at cleaning my teeth (she was hilarious too). Dr. Lewis performed my fillings and crowns and she was lovely, Kierra assisted her and she was lovely too! Everyone was professional and I'm definitely going to be a permanent patient here.

I came across Smile Studio of Buford via an ad on Facebook, and since I was looking for a good dentist closer to home, decided to Google them and read their reviews. I was not only able to get an appointment quickly, but was amazed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff including Dr. Lewis (Jennifer was my hygienist and was AHH-mazing!). From check in to check out, the whole process was seamless. I could not have asked for a better first time experience!

I brought my three-year-old daughter in for her first appointment and our hygienist was very informative and sensitive to a toddler's needs and level of understanding. I definitely will be bringing my family back

While on vacation in the area, my daughter needed some quick dental work done. We called several dentists in the area, and no one was willing to see her. But the folks at Smile Studio were super helpful and friendly!! They quickly got her in and we were on our way with only an office call fee to pay. We highly recommend Smile Studio!! Great people and great service.

The entire staff from Mrs. Dionne at the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienist are absolutely amazing!! Dr. Lewis is awesome, great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, explains everything she's doing, is very patient and gentle!

They make you feel super special. The environment is welcoming, from the cozy lobby to the TV in the ceiling. Dr. Lewis's bedside manners is impeccable. I felt no pain. Shout out to Kierra, Dr. Lewis's assistant. And Shawauna did my whitening... I would give them 10 stars

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing.. but since the 1st day I walked into Smile Studio I have felt like family. Dr. Lewis does a phenomenal job and everyone there is super kind, resourceful , and friendly. Kierra is incredible and always a makes my experience less uneasy. What used to be a dread to go to has become one of my favorite things because of her and the rest of the staff.

I was greeted by a staff of very friendly receptionist at the front desk. The appointment itself was very relaxing and both the dentist and the technician were very informative, skillful, and had very pleasant personalities. The facility itself was modern and very clean. This will definitely be my new dentist office.

I cannot stress enough that if you have any kind of gag reflex, or are a more difficult patient. DO NOT GO HERE. I spent $300 on a visit to only be seen by the nurse, she took my x-rays and did everything. Once Mrs Lewis arrived, she did not look in my mouth, did not observe me as a patient or anything at all, she told me she deals with patients like me all the time. She then told me that due to my gag reflex (I gagged once!) She would have to refer me onto an oral surgeon. She was unwilling to do anything with me even though she has personally not examined me. Very unprofessional and I have now removed myself from her client list.

Jess is an amazing hygienist! She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice on my oral health with tons of preventive tips. I went in for a cleaning today feeling nervous but with Jess' positive attitude and welcoming spirit, it went very smooth. She made sure she talked the whole time which kept my mind occupied and she also explained what she was doing which made me feel comfortable. Great service from start to finish! I actually look forward to going back!

This office is OUTSTANDING Dr. Lewis is god sent. I have horrible dental anxiety when I say horrible I mean like HR 166 shaking uncontrollably, I have literally gone the route of just having teeth pulled to be sedated to avoid the process all together. Today I came in for a consult because I have a cracked too, I had the intentions this morning of just going to get it pulled even though I knew it could be saved. my husband convinced me to just sit in the chair and listen. We paid to have my tooth sealed as I am going out of town for a month to work on some mental health issues after watching my mom pass which I opened up to Dr Lewis about and she was so encouraging and understanding, took extra time to get me in the schedule so my tooth would safely survive another month and me go and get the help I needed until I could be sedated for major dental work. I will NEVER go anywhere else. If you're that anxious person looking for that place that will hold a hand explain everything step by step, stop when you ask, take time and actually get you comfortable to make it to your next appointment or even get through something as minimal as a fill in...this is the place you're looking for.
