Dr. Joshi grew up in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006 followed by her doctorate at NYU College of Dentistry in 2014. She has been with Smile Studio Dentistry of Baltimore since 2006. Dr. Joshi chose to live, work, and play in Baltimore because of its ideal location and abundance of families (she loves children!).
What Dr. Joshi finds most rewarding about her vocation is the fact she can make a real difference in her patients lives, reduce their pain, and help restore their confidence. Also I really love spending time with people, she says. When you see her for treatment, she wants you to be fully satisfied with the results.
Dr. Joshi is married to her husband, Brijen and they love to travel the world together. They have traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, and North America. Fun fact: she absolutely adores turtles! Ask her about how what she plans to do for her pet turtles, Humpty and Dumpty, in the near future. Dr. Joshi is the Co-founder & CEO of Smile Studio Dentistry and Vita Nova Wellness Clinic. He believes there is real value and beauty in the community and wants to help foster that notion through his work.
He is a practicing cardiac anesthesiologist, and chief of thoracic anesthesia at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Joshi plans to bring sedative/sleep dentistry to Smile Studio Dentistry for patients who suffer from dental anxiety, low tolerance of pain, and high dental needs.
Erica is a recent addition to our team but brings with her more than a decade of hygiene experience. She has a gentle touch and is knowledgeable in all areas of the practice because of her training. The fact that patients have followed her from one practice to another is a testament to her exceptional service. Outside the office, Erica loves spending time with her daughter and son.
Shneria is the newest addition to the team, has more than 10 years of customer service experience. Her personality whether in office or over the phone will make you feel welcomed, She is always willing to go above and beyond for patients and co workers, Shneria is adventurous and loves spending time with family
Shondell has more than 20 years managerial and customer service experience. A former medical assistant, her thoughtfulness and compassion shines through to everyone. Proud of her community she volunteers with her local Habitat for Humanity. She loves spending time with her loved ones, including her granddog Skie, enjoying hiking trails, long drives, and trying new cuisine.

Amazing practice, they make you so comfortable and the entire office is pleasant. It's clean, smells great, and not packed with patients. Dr. Joshi is so good at talking you through everything, especially when you have had a bad experience with other dentists. She's caring and it translates through her staff as well. I will never switch dentists!

My visit with smile studio was amazing. They were friendly and very professional. My hygienist Erica was exceptional. She was very detailed, patient, and knowledgeable answering all my many questions. She also made sure I was comfortable and ok through the process. Please visit Smile Studio for cleanings and other dental procedures for friendly and professional services. The customer service experience was phenomenal!!

This staff is courteous and kind. I'd recommend. They are great and will work around your schedule. I usually receive an estimate for any work needed so I can be prepared. Dr. Joshi is gentle and honest. There are no surprises when you show up which is amazing! Check them out

I have been a patient of Smile Studio for several years. The people there are very helpful and they take pride in working with patients. Neena Joshi is a fantastic and experienced dentist. I cannot say enough about her work with me as a patient. She always stride to do the best for her patients. She really cares about her work. The staff is just as great.

Smile studio is a great place for all you dental care. My son and I go there for our dental care. I've personally had good experience going there. The staff is wonderful and the place itself has a very nice feel to it. I just love going there. I will definitely recommend smile studio.
