everyone here is very nice and i would like to come back, but before i made the appointment i called asking if they can do a cleaning, i was a new patient. the lady on the phone offered me the $69 special and me thinking it was including a cleaning which it didn't i was disappointed and left upset. i understand if it was my fault for not understanding but i called asking for a cleaning, and if i wasn't able to get that done, she shouldn't have recommended their special. so i just spent $69 for x rays and a treatment plan that i unfortunately might not go along with. they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste as i'm sure they do for everyone but i don't think it was necessary to give me one since i didn't even get anything done. it's a good place but i should have paid attention and made sure where my money is going before coming in.

This is my children's ortho for braces only. The rooms have enough room for myself and my toddler. I love being able to have my toddler with me while my other kids are being treated. The front desk are always welcoming and Dr. San Martin is excellent! Prices are reasonable. I did in-house financing for my son but not for my daughter as it was no longer available but even then, it was a quick approval process! I highly recommend them for honest treatment!

I highly recommend the Babcock Rd office. Their staff is so kind and welcoming. I had bad experiences with dentists in the past and was nervous to go in. The moment I walked in everyone was so calming and reassuring. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It all went smooth and painless. I will definitely be going back to them for my cleanings or any future work I might need.

The lady cleaning my kids teeth seemed very impatient and rude. And we were here first and somehow got skipped to last.

I can't speak for adult care but I would stay far away for pediatrics. It's very clear they don't work with young children. My son was supposed to have fillings done today and they didn't have the right size guard to keep his tongue down so I'm result he kept gagging. The dentist was getting frustrated and kept saying "he's not going to let us do this" without even offering a reasonable alternative or giving him a break and trying again in a few mins. In result they turned us away. After I had already paid for this service and had to miss work. Their only other solution was to use anesthesia which I was quoted $1000. Lol That's ridiculous and I am so upset I wasted so much time here. They are greedy and their dentist really needs to learn to be professional and have some patience.

Martha was really helpful and we've been coming here for years. All the people who work here are nice and do their best to make us feel comfortable. Most rooms have a tv and have space for parents or siblings to sit down.

I went here 3 years ago for a platinum crown. Recently i went in as it cracked. I expected the same service I once received but nope! I was advised there was no warranty for the crown even though they should last 15 to 20 years. I was told it cracked due to something i ate or trauma i incurred. My response is if thats true why aren't my other teeth affected? Shouldn't the other teeth and/or mouth show trauma or be cracked? They weren't and this crown cracked due to shoddy work from their dentist. I had to get a new crown and pay out of pocket AGAIN but i no longer trust the work this place offers. I won't ever get work done here again. Whats worst is that I only ever spoke to a receptionist as she shuttled back and forth between my concerns/questions with someone unknown in the office. This is unacceptable and i should have spoken to someone that had my file and saw all the work i already had done not a front desk person who had no idea about my prior procedures. I sent my family and friends here but never again. Do not go to this facility as they do shoddy work that does not last and will only cause you to pay more out of pocket!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to have all my exams and work done all at one place, no back and forth from office to office which saved lots of time. Would highly recommend this dentist and will be returning from now on for any dental work Update: this place is not what is use to be when I first became a patient here 2 years ago.. on one of my last visits I went for an exam was told I needed a deep cleaning, $200 Could not do it at that time, had no work done that visit(went for cleaning). Fast forward to my next exam, was told I needed a deep cleaning (again), this time I paid the $200 charge and was told moments later that I didn't need it after all. I feel like this place will try and scam you and tell you a procedure is needed to be done when it is not, and there customer service is poor once you have paid. I asked for something in writing for the reimbursement, and the process day is the date I went in person(2-14-22), I have been waiting for my refund since Jan 22, its now Feb 14. Stay away for lack of professionalism and customer support.

Dr.Chen was amazing like always. Very patient and detailed. It shows he loves his job and takes pride in his work. It was also very nice to have Juliet assisting she explained everything as we went through all the process which was helpful. It was a pleasure to have her and Dr.Chen take care of my child.Thanks for all the positive appointments Smile Structure.

I truly recommend Smile Structure Dentistry to any one who is looking for a caring staff. They took care of me really well from the very first day and stood with me when feeling nervous. I am one of those who get scared of dentist but they stayed with me the whole time and treated me well and with respect. Thank you

Let me begin by saying, I have not had great memories visiting dental offices in the past as a child. But today my visit was awesome! It was quick, Doctor Smith was great and his staff members are so welcoming! As a 17 year career in Law Enforcement, this visit changed my mind frame about dental visits! I will return to this office and will strongly encourage my fellow officers to visit! Thank you Smile Structure Dentistry!
