The staff and dentist are amazing. They have a great bed side manner and make sure the whole time you're doing ok. I recommend them for adults and kids. Office is very clean and welcoming.

I had dental work done for my mom and myself, all of the staff were so thoughtful and caring, they explain and have all the answers to my questions, very professional, a beautiful and clean environment.

Came here for a cleaning a day after inquiry. It was the gentlest cleaning I've ever had. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere was super peaceful. Awesome place and people!

This office is absolutely amazing. They do everything in their power to give you the best experience they can. Top notch dentists and dental hygienist you can find. I refuse to go anywhere else, no one can match them in care or hospitality.

Dr. Smith and Sandra (hygienist) were both amazing! They were a great team. We have had a negative experience at two separate offices before and I was feeling wary about trying another new dentist, this time on short notice. Sandra was kind and very helpful. Dr. Smith was professional, patient with my son (who had tons of questions about his root canal), and we did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Smith was also fast with the work he did so I felt like my time was valued. We will definitely be making Dr. Smith our family's dentist.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every time I've been in the office they have been extremely efficient and everyone very friendly. Letty is fantastic!!! I came in to pick up my kids toothbrush's and she quickly took care of a retainer problem I had without me having to come back for another appt. Highly highly recommend this dental office!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Adam Smith and his Helotes Staff Terry, Letty, Chrystal They are all AWESOME !!!! they made me feel so at ease I am Terrified going to Dentist but when I explained my fears to Dr. Smith he was nothing but CARING, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING.. I have never met such a Loving Caring Dentist I will be going back to see him soon at his Helotes office is Brand new so elegant and comfortable I not only give Dr. Smith and his Helotes staff 5 Star I give them all 10 plus EXCEPTIONAL TREATMENT !!!!!!!. Millions Thanks to Dr. Smith and His Helotes STAFF!!!!

Dr.Smith is very nice and informative. I told him my concern and ask him about to. He gave me some options and explained them to me. He also showed me the X-rays and showed me what treatment I need. It was really awesome. Jessica cleaned my teeth so super well. My teeth feel so clean. Their office is clean and gorgeous. Highly recommend!
