Dr. Color is wonderful. The front staff is wonderful. It's the back staff that isn't so wonderful. One particular assistant made these appointments miserable. Betty has the absolute worst chair side manner and is beyond rude . It's been twice that I have been stuck with her as an assistant. She's awful. She makes unnecessary rude comments, and Genuinely doesn't care about concerns that are expressed . I mentioned my fixed retainer was uncomfortable, to which her response was "that's as good as it's going to get". My retainer broke then next day. Great office , be mindful if you are stuck with this crumby assistant .

Amazing experience. Everyone is so friendly and the service is quick. Nadia took care of everything and made my daughter feel so comfortable and they made sure to answer all my questions. They really make sure the patient leaves without any questions and with all the information needed!

We love Smile Straight Ortho. They work with our Tricare insurance. They offer a payment plan for those who cannot afford total payment upfront. They offer a discount if you pay in full. They send appointment reminders, and the staff is courteous and attentive. The dental assistants that help my daughter are funny and easy to talk to during appointments. The orthodontist is professional, relatable, and has a fun sense of humor. I will recommend Smile Straight to others.

I love this place. They don't only treat children but adults as well and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I am absolutely thankful for the location of this clinic.
