Dr. Lard was born and raised in Oak Ridge, TN. He graduated from The University of Tennessee Knoxville with a BA in psychology and from the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry in 1999. Dr. Lard and his wife Stacy are the parents of four children and have two grandchildren. He is committed to continuing education and has maintained a strong emphasis on restorative, cosmetic and dental implant dentistry along with orthodontics at our Bartlesville or Tulsa dental office. Dr. Lard is concerned with the comfort and satisfaction of his patients and makes great efforts to that end.
Dr. Thompson was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. After graduating from Bartlesville High School, he served a two-year LDS mission in Vladivostok, Russia. He later graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Nutritional Science and from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He is thrilled to be back in Green Country helping the good people of this area. Dr. Thompson and his wife, Callie, have two children. He continues to learn through continuing education courses to keep his skills and knowledge current with proven technologies and advancements. His continued training has focused on orthodontics and oral surgery as well as restorative, cosmetic and dental implant dentistry at our Bartlesville or Tulsa dental office. He strives to help every one of his patients feel at ease and satisfied with their dental health care. Dr. Thompson loves the family aspect of dentistry and hopes you will feel right at home with our dental family.

Not knowing what to expect , they were very helpful in explaining the precedent to me.they extracted my teeth and fitted me with healing dentures the look and feel good after some adjustment they will be perfect

My experience was a very good one, I was nervous , & worried about somethings, & dentist & staff were amazing to make me feel comfortable, deciding to get Dentures is a big decision. I knew it was for the best. The care I received before, during & after, I couldn't ask for a better place & staff Thank you all for making this transition a pleasant one

Every single time I go into Smile Stop Dentures & Implants in Bartlesville I am treated with the upmost respect from the office ladies to the dental assistants and my absolutely favorite dentist, Dr. Lard! Everyone is always so kind and friendly. I've had a few issues and they always get me fixed up great! I would give this place 10 Stars if I could!

The staff at Smile Stop Dentures and Implants have been very gentle with their care for me. I had several broken teeth and chose to have them all pulled. It has taken me time to get over all the infections that came with my bad teeth. The staff have checked on me both at home and in their office. Today was good news. I was fitted with the wax dentures..... Get my permanent teeth in 14 days..... they look great..... I am excited.

This company was one of a very select few in our area to work with you on a payment plan to get you the smile you deserve. I'm blessed to have found them, I had a great experience from pulling teeth to getting a complete top denture. The staff is kind, patient, always smiling, and ready to answer any questions you have. Give them a call, waiting time is 1-2 weeks out.

I love this place! It's the first time ever that a dentist took the time and care to make sure my teeth looked perfect. Inexpensive but such high quality. I highly recommend the Smile Stop.
