-5 I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down. I wouldn't take my dog there. They are hateful and mean to the kids once they are in the back. "Do not take your children here" If your kids tell you something happened in the back, BELIEVE them!

I went to get a filling literally heard the dental assistant telling the dentist to do their job and literally asking the dentist if he knew what he was doing. On top of that the filling i got was literally a straight line down the middle of my teeth making a hole which he filled but now i have constant pressure between that tooth and another as well as being able to see the filling on the

My 11 month old visited the office yesterday and everyone made us feel so welcome. I thought that she would be nervous or scared but she was having so much fun she barely noticed what was going on :). An amazing first time experience for my little girl!

Nothing but problems. I'm sure the dentist cracked my child's back tooth. Caused a bad infection. Switched my kid to another dentist. I would never recommend. Should be 0 stars!!

We've been coming to smile starters for a couple years now and mind my daughter hates the dentist. We love that every time we have a question about cleaning her teeth they give advice and let us know it does get better. We never feel judge as first time parents on how we're doing with her teeth. We also love that they work as fast as they can with our daughter knowing she hates the dentist and will sit there and cry the whole time from the moment we walk in. As first time parents we aren't really sure what and how to clean her teeth but them always telling us our daughter teeth looks great means a lot. To us it means that we are doing a great job and everything we can to keep her teeth clean. Thank you guys so much for all yall have done for us. We love smile starters

Im happy to say this place has always been good to me and my children. They're really patient and so kind to everyone. I love the new phone check in system, instead of the old ways of using their tablets.

I took my son for a routine cleaning and was told he had three cavities that needed caps. When I took him for the procedure the next day, my child came out with dried blood on his lip and he was drooling blood. Then I was told they had to do extra work because they found decay on another tooth. I would like to know why his teeth were not sealed when he first started going. By the other reviews, I don't think I will ever get that answer. There was literally no concern for my son's well being.

My daughter has been going to smile starters for years today is the first time we've ever had an issue. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter is down syndrome and very sensitive to noise especially the drills and when she is having work done I have always been able to go back with her for her comfort and to help keep her calm. And they Usually put her in a straight jacket. One time They were gonna do some work and decided to give her laughing gas that did not work instead of calming her down it made her way more agitated and so the dentist had to stop And sent her out to another practice so she could be put to sleep and honestly I was thankful she was so agitated the staff felt it unsafe. The staff has always been so nice and kind and great with Emily knowing her by name even when They were not working with her but another child. Not the case this time lots of new people with absolutely no problem telling me how it's gonna be not knowing my daughter lol sad to see none of this was documented .... As a mother I know better.... For the first time I was told my daughter had to go back without me and I was not allowed. Knowing past experiences with her when she is in a situation she is scared and you're increasing that with drills and all the tools and a straight jacket. I knowing my daughter knew this wasn't gonna be a good experience. The last time she was put in a situation like this she cried so hard her face broke out with petechiae looked like somebody literally beat her. And that time I was also told if there's any problems we'll come and get you apparently her crying so hard wasn't a problem I'm not willing to take that chance again. So No thank you we'll be finding a new dentist. And as for the staff after I explain all of this she couldn't use laughing gas it had an adverse effect and telling her how scared she was her reply back to me was I don't know anything about that I wasn't here well I didn't ask her if she knew anything I don't care what she knows or what she doesn't know if she's not willing to listen to the parent someone who actually knows the child that she's never met Then she definitely shouldn't be working with children who can't speak for themselves. The dentist office they sent me out to when she was having problems with laughing gas didn't even do it because they said it wasn't Necessary to put her through that but never denied me being with her. So I'm sure we'll find another practice more understanding of children with special needs. Honestly now that the staff is gone that is the reason I stayed Because they were just so great with my daughter. But now that's no longer the case.

When we go into the office it is clean and a pretty good environment. Most of the time everyone is friendly. A couple of times I've called in and felt like I was bothering whoever answered the phone. I do feel like they missed a cavity in my child leading to some more intensive treatment. Overall they are good, I am getting a second opinion though for some of the treatment suggested.

They really are good with kids. My son is terrified of going to the dentist and they have really took care of him the whole time. He had 2 teeth pulled AND fillings done on the same day. I thought it was a lot but he done well. Only thing I will "complain" about is the fact they pulled 2 teeth at the same time, one on each side. Making it difficult for him to eat bc it's on both sides. But other then that e etythibg is good
