All 5 of my children get scheduled together. They used to come get them all at the same time or close to it. Not so much now. My children get seen like and hour to and hour and a half apart. Talking about sitting for a full day. They get the job done though.

Time management is so worse. They don't plan anything. Whenever we come for an appointment it takes atleast 45mins to see them past our confirmed time. Then the procedure goes for another 30mins or 1 hr or so. But we can't cancel the appointment 24hrs prior it has to be 48hrs. The staff are very lethargic and they don't care about the patients. It all depends on their mood how well you will be treated. But the receptionist are good they do whatever they can to calm us.
