Dr. Betsy Rogers graduated from Saint Louis University and received her doctorate from Indiana University School of Dentistry and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry from NYU Langone (Lima, OH & Anchorage, AK).
Dr. Rogers enjoys genealogy, reading, cross-stitching, and just about anything outdoors! She enjoys being a pediatric dentist because she is able to help children learn how to take good care of their teeth and build a positive relationship with dentistry.
Dr. Rockne graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and completed her Pediatric Residency at NYU Langone in Springfield. She has practiced as General Dentist in the U.S Navy and also worked as a Pediatric Dentist in Helena, MT.
Dr. Rockne enjoys getting to know people and helping them smile with confidence. She enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Rockne 's favorite dental quote is 'Teeth! They are very much in style. They must be very much worthwhile.

Horrible! They don't follow up with their clients. Appears they're only open when it's convenient for them. Terrible customer service! Stay far away!!!!

So tired of this place. I called at least 10 times and can not get ahold of anyone. I was suppose to get a call from the lady who sets up the surgery's. It's been a month. No call. I want to find another dentist for my son and now I need to be referred to another place. I do not want to stick with you guys. It has never been this hard to contact anyone before.

Had an appointment at 8am arrived at 7:50 did not get called back untill 8:25 after I told them I needed to reschedule. No one but us in office. Two kids came in later called first.Office lady wanted to argue about when I turned my paperwork in. When no one was at the desk. First visit will be my last.

Terrible. Gave me paperwork and ushered me back by just pointing to a room. Then someone came and asked why I was in there and sent me back to the waiting room. 40 minutes after scheduled appointment time and we're still sitting it the waiting room. Clearly they don't have it together here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Dr. Grady and Sam are the absolute best. They interact not only with my child but with me as well. I would recommend these two amazing guys to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

How can we even make appointments to get our teeth tightened when nobody never answers the phone so unprofessional I've been trying to get in touch for months so you telling me y'all busy with a call every 5 minutes, worst establishment ever this place needs to be closed immediately.

Absolutely love this place! I brought my kids in and they had a great first time coming to the dentist! I was nervous how they would do but the assistants and Doctor were amazing and made us all feel at ease! So awesome to have a real pediatric specialist that accepts our insurance and not just a regular dentist! They got us in quickly. Christa and Erica were sooooo AWESOME with my kids!! They had a great time and can't wait to come back. The doctor was great with all four of my kids! Even when they had to get some fillings done! Definitely will be coming back and will be sending all of my friends and family here! Highly, highly recommend!! They also have an orthodontist for braces at a very reasonable price which is super convenient!!

I must say every time I look at my daughters smile, I credit the smile spot.. Very friendly and her smile is amazing.. getting ready to sign up child #2 for braces and wouldn't go anywhere else

This place sucks. They were fine when we first started here 3 years ago. Then it all started going downhill.1- Appointment times are always put in their computers wrong or something... 2-They cancel Appointments without calling but claim they leave voicemails...3-they tried saying we missed an appointment we were actually early to. Then claim the person who had an appointment the time ours was, canceled so they could get her in. Then tried charging a fee for missing the appointment...4-we're going on 3 years of a 2 year treatment bc they constantly cancel or reschedule. 5-there is no communication to parents unless I specifically ask. This place is a joke.

Horrible , the new front staff don't know what they are doing the lady helping me shouted out "Oh what the hell" and the lady behind her helping her didn't apologize or nothing for her comment she just made a face this place is so unprofessional and I'm happy we are done with treatment. Do not go !

I get my braces here and the dental assistants take such great care of you! I honestly love the experience I have and they always try to make the checkups a nice time. Fantastic customer service and the nicest people!

They are very warm and great with the kids. The dentist took his time and was thorough. Very clean and friendly environment. Everyone is eager to help and make the kids feel comfortable.
