As three separate areas of dental care under one roof developed and grew, space to provide privacy and specialized personal care for patients became a challenge. Expansion of what we now fondly call Smile Dental Partners was completed in 2016, adding over 4,000 square feet to the patient experience.
Smile Dental Partners began with 1 dentist and 3 team members. It is now comprised of 6 general dentists, 4 pediatric dentists, 1 orthodontist, and over 100 team members serving patients at multiple locations throughout West MichiganSmile Cascade, Smile Grand Haven, Smile North Muskegon, and Smile South Holland.
The Smile family of practices continues to operate with the quality care and passion that every patient has grown to expect. We are truly grateful for the loyalty and support of our West Michigan community.

If you are 5 minutes late they scold you and cancel your appointment. It feels very shaming. I understand valuing the customers time, but they should at least call to check before canceling your appoibtment. I've never been made to feel so ashamed about running 5 minutes behind...

My experience at this dentistry has been very positive with teeth cleaning, and a crown on one of my teeth. Friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

I do not recommend this place, they tell you that you need stuff done, but you don't. I went in for my first cleaning with a good check up, then my next appointment all of a sudden I needed all kind of work done, my teeth and gums have been hurting ever since, I will never be the same, this place doesn't even deserve 1 star....please please please always get a second opinion before you let this place tell you there's something wrong and if the dentist looks like he just got out of high school do not let him anywhere near you...staff way to friendly just like one of the reviews said...cult like

This was my first time at Smile South Holland and I was slightly concerned by some of the mixed reviews. However, my experience at Smile South Holland was entirely positive. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful the administrative staff was. I took advantage of their offer to fill out the insurance and personal health forms at home (online), leaving me with nothing to do except meet the staff and then the dental hygienist. I appreciated that the Insurance/Office Manager was able to contact my insurance company so I would know exactly how much I would be charged. I received a thorough and professional cleaning from the hygienist Katie and a lot of good advice about maintaining good oral health. My previous dental office could not ensure that I would be minimally protected from staff infections of COVID and in fact I learned (too late) that my hygienist had never even been vaccinated. That is why I was looking for a new practice. I can recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dental office, especially one that is friendly, helpful and professional.

This was the most overwhelming dentist office I have ever been to, it felt very cultish. If you dont mind having to be interviewed about your personal life and meeting a dozen people before your actual appointment begins then you might like it. I went in for a cleaning and the girl that did it was so rough on my teeth that my mouth was sore for days. Everyone there was overacting, overly happy, it was very off-putting. Definitely not going back.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I had alot of anxiety about dental work but the dentist and his assistant were very gentle, patient and reassuring. I was dreading a root canal but they calmed my fears and performed the procedure with minimal discomfort. They also give you a quote for what a procedure will cost and how much your insurance will cover before scheduling it, so no surprise costs. I highly recommend this place.
