Great visit and super helpful in squeezing me in on my off day. I can sit for an 8hr tattoo session but I'm a huge weenie when it comes to the dentist. They got me numbed up really good didn't need any follow up shots during. Got me out of the chair before I got to see the finished renovation on house renovation show that was playing on the ceiling. In and out no fuss and the staff and dentist couldn't have been friendlier.

This place is absolutely incredible. Friendly staff and easy scheduling. I have been going here for probably about five years and one of the hygienist specifically remembered me trying to into a college program, me getting in, and now me working in my chosen career. They genuinely make you feel cared for. Can not say enough good things! Highly recommend

I went in to hopefully get a filling in a broken tooth but it was to far gone and I didn't get the news I wanted to hear. But the staff was extremely kind and understanding. Dr Pfound explained to me the damage and the solution. He was kind and gentle while extracting the tooth. It was out with no pain. I am extremely impressed that even though they were busy they still took their time to make me feel important and well cared for. The best dentist visit I had in awhile. Will be back.

Was very pleased with the office staff until I had an emergency tooth issue. Don't expect to be provided any antibiotics without having to pay for additional x-rays that were previously taken and diagnosed. I was in lots of pain and only ask for a treatment for the infection so I could have the root canal. I needless to say was very disappointed that there is no emergency leniency to this practice. They lost my business for sure!! Would have taken them less than 5 min to call in an antibiotic script.

I had pain on lower front tooth.... They got me in the next day to correct the issue. The dentist adjusted my old retainer (that was made by another dentist) so it fit properly on the bite down and cured the issue.... MUCH THANKS.

They have always done an awesome job on my teeth. Cleanings never hurt, even after I got my wisdom teeth removed. I had to get a few fillings, and they went very smoothly and I had no pain or discomfort afterwards. They are great!

Staff was nice & welcoming. My hygienist was knowledgeable and thorugh, and listened to my concerns. The dentist was very nice. He was straight forward and honest about my dental issues. He recommended a plan of care that made sense. Office also offers a number of financial options.

I have been going to Smile Solutions of Lebanon for a couple years. They are awesome! Everyone is so nice, the office is beautiful, you never have to wait. So many medical and dental facilities today make you wait...and wait...and wait! I love this place!!! Highly recommend!!

As soon as I entered the building I felt at home. I was greeted and treated very nicely by every staff member. Office was clean and I would highly recommend them. I'm so glad I have finally found a good dentist.

This office has taken the patience with me while I decided on rather I wanted dentures or partial perm plates. Tim was very knowledgeable and gave me his best advice and what would be beneficial for me in the long term. The nurses was very patient with me calling them numerous of times asking questions about each of the different services. I went 3/2/21 for my first of 3 visits and they were very sweet to me and made me feel very comfortable. Ended up having a tooth pulled unexpectedly and I am GRATEFUL that they ensured I was numb before pulling it out!!! Visited again on 3/16/21 to begin the process of getting my perm dentures and had 15 teeth pulled and I felt absolutely nothing during the process and being a week into it the pain has not been as bad as I was told it would be or expected it to be! I was not bruised and that is because of Dr. Tim being so gentle pulling the teeth out! I highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing care and definitely will be my long term dentist for me and my family!!! Can't wait to see my final teeth

They always remember you and everything you tell them after not seeing them for 6 months. This place is the best and I will forever recommend it. They are affordable and open on Fridays!

First visit was just a consultation about dentures and implants, and I walked away with options I wasn't even aware of. Dr. Pfountz and the Smile Solutions team really know there stuff. Great visit.

Best in town! I had an emergency appointment they got me in 10mins after I called! The appointment only took 1 hr. I have recommended them to friends and family! I've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable from the time you come until the time you leave. They definitely show compassion for everyone no matter the situation. Everyone is welcoming and I'll continue to recommend them to everyone I know!
