Smile and Shine General and Pediatric Dentistry -in Weslaco, Rio Grande City, and Roma are absolutely exceptional in every capacity. Everyone from -- the front desk, medical assistants, and of course, the doctor--is professional, genuinely kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and punctual. Dr. Nanva is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. He was very conservative in his treatment plan and tried everything possible to save all of my teeth. It wasn't about the money; it was about what was best for me, his patient. Dr. Nanva always made me feel as though he had all the time I needed. I never felt rushed and was able to explain what I was experiencing. He listened and took great care of me. I have never had a better experience at any medical professional's office. Dr. Nanva explained in great detail the necessary procedures and timeline according to my dental plan. I never had any complications, pain, or complaints. I highly recommend visiting any of his three office locations to find out just how amazing he and his team truly are. You won't be disappointed. I walked in as a patient, and I left a member of the Smile and Shine Family.

My son is 5. He needed recament on crown (privately paid) The female doctor was very rude after procedure the crown was inserted crooked and very out of place she reclaimed that how it was befor which it wasn't. She cut me off and walked away with no care. I would rate place 1star but luckily the assistant notice my concern he quickly tried to fix it straight and how it suppose to be befor it fully dry. I wish I could put befor and after pictures to show type of work she wanted me walk away with on my son. The lady counter polite and other assistant were as well. Privately paid but regardless there still paid if it was Medicaid. No one should leave dental visit dissatisfied with dental work. It a smile for the rest your life and always should be positive outlook coming out of dental work

Awesome STAFF!!! Always giving out prizes, and you always get an electric toothbrush after your cleaning!! What dental office does that?? I LOVE going all the time!!
