In 2010, with the United States in a major recession, and her husbands business in trouble, founder DeAnna, was struggling to keep a roof over her familys head. Having spent years in the dental field watching patients who had just had their teeth whitened suffer from sensitivity, she had an idea for a product she thought was needed: an at-home teeth whitening kit which would professionally whiten teeth and remove stains from caps, crowns, and porcelain veneers without the pain. She worked with a laboratory to develop a formula and in 2011 launched Smile SciencesTM. The result is a 100% cruelty-free and vegan formula, which is gentle on teeth, gentle on the environment, kosher, and FDA registered.
In the years since its launch, Smile SciencesTM has seen amazing success. We have been featured in Allures Beauty Box and magazine as well as hit TV shows like The Doctors, The Wendy Williams Show, Steve Harvey, and more. We have sold hundreds of thousands of kits and see a lot of repeat business.
