I have been seeing Dr. Hain and Jamie for years now so this review is long overdue! Everyone on this team is genuinely kind and supportive and they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and informed as to your options. I have never felt pressured into any treatments and because of this, I really trust and value Dr. Hain's guidance as well as her referrals to other specialists. I definitely recommend this team to everyone, especially if you have had difficulty finding a good dentist in the past. Dr. Hain is the best!

Dr Hain and her team are FANTASTIC! My former dentist was incredible and sadly retired, and I am so lucky that I now have Dr Hain and her team as my dental care team. The office itself has a wonderful, caring vibe and Dr Hain is so thorough and provided great care to me during my visit. Her team all are so caring both to me and to each other. I highly recommend Dr Hain and so grateful to have found her!

Dr Hain and her team were miracle workers. My front tooth crown cracked and I needed an emergency replacement. Dr. Hain was exactly what I was looking for- *excellent attention to detail, *gentle technique, *deep knowledge in the procedure and products, *great communication of what to expect during the process, *critical eye for cosmetic perfection Thank you Dr. Hain! I appreciate your expertise.

This dental practice genuinely values their patients' wellness and treating each individual with respect and kindness. Jaime the front desk manager always welcomes with warmth, which eases the pre-appointment nerves I always experience when visiting a dentist. Dr. Hain and her staff treat you like your health, comfort, and general wellness are top of mind. I always leave this office feeling taken care of. I recommend Smile San Francisco to anyone who is looking for a professional, reliable, and personable dental practice.

We were in San Francisco for a mission trip. One of our young adults in the group was assaulted in the streets which resulted in her front tooth being knocked out. Dr. Hain and her staff got us in right away, were incredibly compassionate to the situation, made us feel comfortable, and explained everything that was going on. They got us referred right away to an oral surgeon and fit us in the next morning for the cosmetic repair. If we lived in the Bay Area this would be our new dentist office. Absolutely incredible people.

Terrific and professional experience today at the dentist. Have had significant experience with many dentists, but none as positive as this one because one senses they really care. Very good energy and good teamwork between Dr. Haines and Jamie. It's a bit stressful visiting the dentist, not this time...Wish I'd come sooner!

Best dentist I've ever had! Dr. Cain is a true professional and has the schooling/experience to prove it. She will be fully transparent with you and will talk through each diagnosis/procedure that's being done to you. Also has an amazing personality!

Words cannot describe how wonderful my appointments with Dr. Hain and Jamie has been thus far. Whether it's receiving a teeth cleaning or undergoing three fillings, I have always felt at ease with Dr. Hain and Jamie. Their dentist office is the friendliest and most efficient experience I've ever had. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of a new dentist!!

Dr. Hain was the most professional and personable dentist I have ever been to! She was not only able to see me same day, but also got me a same day appointment with a specialist. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the generally unpleasant experience of seeing a dentist quick, easy, and super comfortable. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Dr Hain and Jamie are amazing- the best dentistry experience I've had. Making the appointment was easy, Jamie explained and helped through all the forms. Dr Hain put me at ease, was very gentle and even made taking the x-rays easy (I have pretty active gag reflex so it's not normally a fun experience!). My teeth are clean and healthy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Dr. Hain is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable if you are nervous. She makes sure that you are well informed of what she is doing throughout the whole procedure. I am so glad I found such a great dentist. I recommend her to anyone who asks about dental work because she has made me feel so confident in her work . Never switching to another dentist again!

Dr. Hain & Jamie are the BEST! At the recommendation of a former employer/great friend (shout out to Dr. Buettner!) I went to see Dr. Hain to figure out what all needs to be done to get my teeth to a healthier state. My teeth are in pretty rough shape, and most of my past experiences with dentists have left me feeling ashamed, hopeless, and afraid. My first appointment with Dr. Hain was the one I fear the most, because of the impending judgement that typically occurs, but this experience was so lovely and comforting and educational! I never once felt bad about my situation, and I felt seen and understood and as if I would be well taken care of. And I have been! Thank you so much ladies, can't rave enough about your care!
