Dr. Khan was born and raised in Prince Georges County, Maryland where she attended the nearby Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Dr Khan graduated from University of MD, College Park with a BS in Physiology and Neurobiology. She then fulfilled her dream of becoming a dentist and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of MD, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
She has incorporated Holistic Dentistry as part of her practice and loves to learn about natural, alternative and complementary medical and dental treatments. She continues to research and take continuing education courses on various subjects to keep up with changes in dentistry.

Very pleasant experience. Dr. Aatifa worked on my teeth while I was pregnant and postpartum and she is very professional and kind. Her staff is amazing and her office is neat and well kept!

Dr. Khan is very professional. Appointments are scheduled in a way that reduces waiting time, the environment is clean, and service is done in timely manner and friendly. Even better for your little ones who love toys after they are all done. My children and I have been patients here for over seven years and we don't regret it. Dr. Khan is the best
