Dentistry is her passion and soul. She aspired to become a Doctor when she was young. She got her acceptances in Medical and Dental Schools, Dr. Sun chose to be a Dentist because she realized that's her where her heart belongs. She graduated in 2011 from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine from the Advanced Standing Program and received her DMD degree. Since her graduation, she is been practicing in Texas for 6 years. She also completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Human Resource Development PGDM (Hrd) in 2009. Dr. Sun is an International Dentist and has been practicing General Dentistry for 10 + years. She graduated from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College in Chennai, India in 2001. She completed her Internal residency and internship in 2002. She is a very loving and caring dentist. She has the experience of treating patients as young as 2-3 months to 90 + years. She is very good with children and provides treatment with great compassion and care.
Dr. Sun is surgically trained to place implants, Sinus lifts, All on 4s, Ridge Split procedures, GBR/GTR, perio surgery, third Molar impactions, Fracture fixation of the jaws including Arch bars, intermaxillary fixation, Frenectomy, Laser therapy etc. She performs the molar, anteriors and premolar root canals, root canal retreats. She has good talent in creating beautiful smiles by delivering very natural looking Veneers, Lumineers, Emax, Bruxzir and Zirconia Crowns, and Bridges. She does Cosmetic Dentistry including Bleaching, Bonding, Midline Diastema correction. She is Invisalign, Clear correct and Healthy Start certified. She is licensed in the State of Texas to perform Nitrous and Sedation Level 1 and 2. She also does good complete, partial, flexi dentures.
She is a loving Mom of 2 children, 11 yrs old son (Katy ISD, Seven Lakes Jnr high) and a 3yr old daughter. And their family DOG Tony, She loves pets. Her husband Mr. Sadhu, is an IT Director in Mens Wear House. Dr. Sun lives in your neighborhood in Cinco Ranch. She is your friendly community Family Dentist.

I loved my experience so far as Smile Rangers! Dr. Nisha S and everyone else is very friendly! I will highly recommend to everyone. They make it seem less scary and pain free! Wow! Now I'm not afraid anymore to go to a dentist office.

We came to smile rangers dental and as soon as we walked in ms.malik was so bright and happy and welcomed us warmly and Dr.Nisha is very sweet and patient she takes care of all my dental needs and she answers any questions or concerns I have about my teeth.Thanks to the staff I had the best experience here,definitely recommended coming to this location.

I came in which was one of the emergency visit and glad that I found Smile Ranger open on Sunday. Thanks a lot to Dr. Nisha(a hero) very sweet and helpful, so does her assistant Ms. Malik, she is very sweet and she greets me with a warming smile and I don't have to wait as soon as I get here. I'm very thankful and highly recommended.

Dr. Nisha is caring & sets you at ease and does her job very professionally. She outlines all the options upfront & explains pros & cons with her risk assessment of the clinical situation as an effective communicator. She has always accommodated urgent appointments requested at short notice and wait time has been minimal and she ensures that you leave her clinic with a smile! She has gained the trust for myself & my family in the short three months time since my first visit. The supporting staff are also always on the move supporting patients with respect and warmth helping them till they leave the clinic. Overall; great team that works extremely hard to give you peace of mind and put a smile on your face!! Thank You to the Team.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. Dr. Sun did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. She is very kind and nice dentist. All the people here were very gentle, friendly and kind to me especially " Alicia, Christey and Malik". Every visit is like visiting friends. They explained very well what was going on. Big thanks to Smile Rangers Team, would highly recommend to anyone!!!

It was Sunday and I was in severe pain, desperately looking for a dentist. Ms Malik and Dr Sun accepted my walk in and was very professional at examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do root canal and Dr Sun did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. Ms Malik was always kind, friendly and always informative at explaining everything. I've also took my kids and been going there since. I even recommended them to my friends. I highly recommend Smile Rangers Dental for those who wanted the best service with a great price value

I'm very disappointed with the way my children's new patient appointments were handled. I chose Smile Rangers Dental because I loved all the great reviews about Dr. Sun's bedside manner but I will be selecting another dental office. One that will not cancel my new patient appointments the day before.

Dr.Sun is an amazing Dentist with deep expertise in dentistry, dedicated patient care, empathy that is beyond explanation to help the patients. In my first visit itself, puzzled with her mastery of dentistry, even without asking she glanced all teeth and quickly advised me that one crown (recently did from another dentist elsewhere) is not with perfect measurement and may come out. As Dentist guessed that crown did not (made via another dentist) stick and came out and had it fixed subsequently. When she watched my kid teeth, she told me that kid is developing a teeth on teeth, which is not visible easily and advised to visit an ortho dentist quickly, as it may require surgery if neglected further. As Dr. Sun advised, we visited Ortho dentist at her referral, Ortho complimented us coming so early and they fixed it quickly. We are 4 in family, both adults and kids visit Dr. Sun, i am so happy that we do not have to visit 2 dentist for adults and kids, as she is equally strong with deep expertise on treating adults and kids. In other situation, my spouse teeth is developing gaps between teeth and sliding gradually. As doctor advised, it is true as shown in further tests and treatment scheduled , sure will fix it soon. We were fascinated with Dr.Sun and staff dedication, as they strive hard to be flexible as per patient schedule many times, they even make appointments on week end, many times even odd hours when there is an emergency. Several of occasions, Dr. Sun give appropriate numerous suggestions to keep costs minimal for treatment , wherever feasible, considering insurance coverage for emergency scenarios. We family are seeing Dr.Sun office for several years now, have not seen such a dedicated Dentist like Dr.Sun in 2 decades, always listen to patient needs, strive hard to help patients in having best smile (like name of office), prescribe treatment options as it suits insurance coverage and with least patience costs, patience to explain the dental issue proactively to the patients and suggesting preventive care to avoid, best referrals for complex dental situations, patient centric flexible schedule, Passionate, highly experienced and knowledgeable doctor, one dentist office for entire family. Dr. Sun Staff is also very helpful and follow up with care and scheduling the subsequent appointments. Office is also very hygiene, take thorough preventive hygiene steps even in medically difficult Covid epidemic. I am very happy with service received and like to thank Dr.Sun and staff, willnt hesitate to refer lot many family members and friends for best and restorative permanent treatment for variety of dental situations, save time in finding excellent dentists like Dr.Sun Best Regards, Vinod

I absolutely love this office, we are from NY and my 7 year daughter has never felt more comfortable coming here to Smile Rangers Dental for her teeth, currently here now and she needs a tooth pulled to make way for her permanent teeth and she would rather let Dr.Sun do the work then at home which I rather as well, Dr. Sun is very genuine she loves her work and whether it's yourself or your children you can rest assured that they are in great hands, great work, great staff keep up the awesome work Smile Rangers.

this place is not like others, they know what to do, doctor and nurses are very good and professionals. we tried as it is close to where we live after we moved from New Jersey, but we didn't regret at all. the only down side is the long wait, seems like they take more patients than what they can accommodate, but if you don't mind that, then this is the best place.

Dr. Nisha and Ms. Malik were amazing. I have not had the best experience with dentist. I was surprisingly amazed with the work that was done with my teeth and the friendly service it came with. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will be bringing my whole family, it's hard to find people like this!! Thank you ladies so much.

My family has come here for many year the staff is asome the Docter is asome it family my kid love it here .Two of my kid got four teeth pull out and didn't feel noting and one of my other kid got one tooth out . Dr Nisha and her team have been excellent to work with. I have been coming her for several years for both my parents. She has tremendous amount of patience dealing with my aged dad and mom. She goes above and beyond while developing their care plan and takes adequate precautions to ensure they are comfortable and don't experience much pain. I highly recommend Dr Nisha and her office!!
