Horrible place, staff is incredibly slow and lack the professionalism for this industry. It's embarrassing for the Dr that works there. I will NEVER go back. Do NOT take ur kids here. Horrible experience, this place should be shut down.

I was scheduled for oral surgery at 5 am, i arrive to Smile Magic Zaragoza which has a sign to come to Smile Professionals, i arrive there to a empty closed building as well. Waited for over an hour. There's no answering service, nothing. Absolutely annoying experience.

I scheduled an appointment today and was told to wait in my car until they called me in to the office. I was not given the information before hand that you need to wait in your car. They informed me that had several patients in the rooms and did not know what time they would call me in. My question is why do they make appointments if they are not kept? They treat their patients horrible. They are very rude on the phone and have zero professionalism.

I am a Dental Hygienist. The lady dentist over diagnosed my child with cavities that were not there. I don't think it's fair to the patients when they are diagnosed with cavities they do not have! That disappointed me very Much! And I know cuz I work for a dentist I just needed a child dentist for my child since she didn't let herself @ our office and we don't provide nitrous gas for kids : (

Waiting over 45 minutes to be seen on a Saturday because the new orthodontist is getting to know patients. The appointments should have been scheduled around that. Weekend time is important to everyone. Other than today, there have been no problems being seen in a timely manner.

I was seen on 10/4 with Dr.Maizi and he is great! He did my fillings and I have no soreness or pain. The assistant Jenny was great at explaining everything to me. Shoutout for the great work done by both Dr and the assistant. Best dentist in town! Also my wait time was minimal! Thank you Smile Heroes!
