This place is a business 1st and foremost. Main goal of a business is to increase popularity to gain more patients aka money . To that end its easy to understand some reviews are posted by affiliates. Even with my procedure was good but I didn't give 5 stars... as good as they may be they are still human and not perfect. But hey I get it they gotta compete with Smile Direct

I definitely don't recommend this place!!! Without giving me a 3D scan, I was told that I was not eligible for dental implants. After getting a second opinion and having a 3D scan, I was told the complete opposite. I am now being scheduled for dental implants.

I love everyone at the Smile Place! I was terrified of going to the dentist before I found them. I have no worries now. Everyone is patient and gentle. I have never had a bad experience, even with complicated procedures. I live 60 miles away now and I would not consider changing. It is worth the drive.

My family has been going to the Smile Place for years (since 2007). The level of care is exceptional. They have always been extremely helpful, flexible in dealing with cancelations or being late, and great with our kids. They are very friendly, very nice, caring people.

I went back to the smile place to continue the next phase of my dental implants. Doctor Kim and the dental assistants did a great job , and I was only in pain for about 8 hours after surgery. The entire staff at the smile place make you feel very comfortable like you are family. Great place to go for all your family dental needs.

Dr. Teitelbaum and Cinthia are my long-time dental healthcare providers, and my recent dental surgery experience with them was excellent. As always, their approach struck the perfect balance between professional and personal. I couldn't have asked for better.

The Smile Place in Cornwall and Middletown NY is a great Dental practice. All the doctors and hygienists are excellent in skill, and chairside manner. I have used 3 different dentists and 2 different hygienists and all are excellent (and minimize pain to little if any). The staff are great to deal with, all super nice and super pleasant. Choosing a dental practice/dentist is so hard. I have used The Smile Place for routine care and emergencies and I have always got the best of care as has my wife and kids. Would highly recommend them for all your Dental care. Michael

The Doctors and Staff here are compassionate, courteous, and professional. I was in pain and in need of a root canal but decided to have the tooth extracted. From the moment I called the office (for the first time), to my tooth extraction the very next day, they helped me to feel comfortable and at ease. I am so grateful that I found them, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Doctors mask was broken the entire time I was there despite covid, and there was a sign in the waiting room saying not to ask about staff's vaccination status and that most patients had been coming before a vaccine was available anyway. I didn't feel like they took covid or their patients seriously

This was my first appointment at the Smile Place. Dr. Teitlebaum and the hygienist, Lauren, were warm and professional. The initial assessment was very thorough, and they both took time and patience to go over my xrays with me. The environment is spotless, and every COVID precaution was taken -- and then some.

I had a tooth to be extracted and then a tooth added to my partial denture to compensate. A friend recommended The Smile Pl;ace - it was the first time in my life that I had a warm and friendly experience in a dentist's office. I highly recommend The Smile Place.
