I live in San Antonio and I drove about an hour just to come to this dentist to get my sons consultation for a lip/tongue tie and I was VERY satisfied with the service. Instantly when you walk in you're greeted very welcoming they knew who I was right when I walked in! The gentleman who was the doctors assistant was very nice and friendly it was nice having a conversation with him! Dr Lela was the sweetest to my baby and addressed all my concerns I had. I would definitely recommend 100000% I honestly wouldn't mind the hour drive because the service was soooo good!

Everyone here is wonderful! So nice and are so good with kids. They are the best! Robert goes over the top to make everyone feel comfortable, especially with the kids

From the first phone call to the minute you leave this clinic, everyone is happy, polite, caring and professional. There are toys for the kids and also movies playing on the ceiling to help distract your child. Hands down the best dental practice I've ever seen. Thanks Dr Lala and staff!!

My husband and I brought our three month old in for a suspected lip tie. Dr. Lela confirmed the Lol tie and found a tongue tie as well. Her staff was nothing but kind and welcoming. She was professional yet personable and made our experience great. We highly recommend Smile!

Absolutely loved Dr. Lela and her staff! Made us feel very comfortable and took their time explaining all options for getting our daughter's tongue and lip tie releases. Loved them so much that we are considering driving the 2 hours from our home to have our daughter go for her routine dental checkups when she's of age!

Dr. Lela and her staff are absolutely incredible with all 3 of my babies (all ages 3 and under!) She performed a tongue and lip tie revision procedure on my youngest when she was only 4 months old, and it was flawless. The entire staff knows exactly how to keep the kids calm, and create a fun experience. My kids are always excited to take better care of their teeth after a visit with Dr. Lela. She is honest, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and does a great job at educating me as a parent as well.

We are so grateful for Smile Pediatric! We are first time parents and our baby girl had a tongue and lip tie. Dr. Lela Matthes-Matos and her staff were so helpful and made the process seamless for us! It was so nice because any procedure for you LO is a lot! They also have such a wonderful space for kiddos and I felt so comfortable breastfeeding which is a huge bonus! Our revisions were successful and now we just have the massages I highly recommend!

Such a great experience from start to finish. -The website is user friendly and allows for appointments to be made online. -An appropriate amount of friendly reminders prior to your visit -Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, ready and willing to help with any questions you have. -Robert is amazing with kids and moms, too. He's patient, kind, funny, and our kids felt very relaxed with him. -And last, but certainly not least, Dr Lela...she's so very kind, easy for the kids to talk to, and super knowledgeable. She knows just how to speak to kids and knows how to give a gentle push of encouragement, if needed. The Beever kids love their new dental office...our youngest said she'd give them "10 stars", if she could. Thank you all!!

My children saw the dentist for the first time and had an amazing experience. Robert was so kind, patient, and thorough in his explanation of everything. The kids felt very comfortable and one of my kids was even laughing and having fun. Best experience with any type of healthcare visit.

I just love their interaction with my daughter who is mostly shy around other adults but she is so friendly and talkative with the staff. I'm so glad I found them. This office makes going yo the dentist fun for her.

Our son had tongue tie and we were recommended this office from our midwife's and we're so happy we went with them. From the first call to get scheduled they were quick and accommodating at getting us in asap, and from then on out it's been nothing but great visits. Dr. Lela has been a blessing doing all the extra things to help make us comfortable as our son had some complications and has even FaceTimed us out of work hours to make sure things are going good. We will be recommending them and continuing care in the future!

We found Dr. Lela when my daughter was 10 months old and needed her oral ties released. I was really nervous about the prodedure and knew I needed to find a dentist that I trusted with my precious girl and felt completely comfortable with. We live in San Antonio but the drive to New Braunfels is absolutely worth it. We just had her 18 month checkup and I'm still very happy with this dental office. Every member of the staff we've encountered has been amazing!

I went into Smile Pediatric Dental Care to make sure my daughter didn't have a tounge and lip tie. Due to previous breastfeeding issues. Dr. Lela was so helpful and listened to all my concerns I had. She helped me so I could teach my daughter how to properly latch to a bottle so when breastfeeding it's easier on myself and my baby. My daughter absolutely loved her so much. I'm so grateful for the amazing staff such as Robert and many others. The office was beautiful and very clean as well as having a great amenity of tvs in ever room/chair with childrens movies for the little ones. I can't wait to bring my baby girl back when her baby teeth start to come in.
