My fiance went here and I just want to say was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this appointment. He was the first patient of the day with no other patients filling the waiting room. The doctor was in and out within 5 minutes. He went for routine dental care and a injured tooth. The doctor took a look in his mouth and sent him on his way. Did not offer any explanation on why the teeth needed to be removed or just any dental care that was needed. As a result, my fiance called another local office thay has bern amazing and squeezed him in and took excellent care of him!! Smile Partners lost a potential new patient all because of poor bedside manner.

I wish I could give Smile Partners a 10 Star Review, 5 is simply not enough. If you are worried or scared like I was to go to see them, don't be you'll be amazed like I still am! First, so that you understand and appreciate this review, I am incredibly afraid of both needles and especially Dentists. I haven't been to a Dentist in over 25 years because of it. Because I had recently quit chewing tobacco after 37 years and hadn't been to Dentist in so long, I knew my teeth were in bad shape. While traveling for business, one of my teeth became infected. The pain was so intense, if I could have, I would have removed it myself or at the very least, went to an Emergency Room. I searched on Google for an Emergency Dentist Office in my area, that is when I found Smile Partners. I called and they gave me an appointment the day after I came home. The day of my appointment, my wife went with me for support because of my fears. That is when I met everyone from the front office staff, Dentals Assistants and the Dentists. Immediately, their incredibly friendly personalities made me feel somewhat at ease. They were both kind and understanding, which greatly calmed my nerves. In the past, nurses have joked about my fears which made me feel even worse. When I was called to be examined, the Dental Assistants were very gentle knowing I was in pain and also afraid. Soon I met the Dentist who gave me a prescription for medication to clear up the infection and also a plan to help me get my oral hygiene back in order. As soon as I went to my pharmacy, my prescription was waiting which said that the Dentist immediately called them which is not the norm. That showed me she cared. After a few days, the infection was gone because of the medication and I was no longer in pain. I thought I was going to get my tooth pulled - yet another thing that scared me to death. In two quick follow up appointments, the Dentist Hygienist gave me advice on what to do to better take care of my teeth, scaled, cleaned and polished my teeth. Amazingly, I was done. Not one needle or needless procedure. They had my hygiene and health in my mind while treating me like family. I can not say enough how incredible everyone is there at Smile Partners. Because of everyone there, I am no longer afraid of Dentist, they have a client for life. Thank you so so much ! George Wooden Conowingo, Maryland

I have always had severe anxiety of dental care but I had an urgent need and OMG Smile Partners was AMAZING! I was able to get an appointment right away and I was treated like I had been a long term client! The staff was so friendly, kind, and professional! Dr. Jimmy was incredible and me feel so comfortable and quickly fixed my issue! He even took a few minutes to speak to my husband making us feel like we were his only clients! The view of the water from the treatment room was a bonus! I actually look forward to going back and receiving care that will make my smile what I always hoped for! I would definitely recommend Smile Partners to anyone!!

I am a new patient to this practice as of one year. Every encounter I have had from the front desk, hygienist, & dentist have been over & beyond my expectations. This practice works as a team. All employees seem happy and are always positive and reassuring. Don't let the dated decor scare you away. All are true professionals and treat you with respect. So glad I made the switch to Smile Partners. The entire staff is amazing & awesome! Thank you!

This was my first visit to Smile Partners, Havre de Grace. Smile Partners made such a good impression that I felt I needed to share my experience. I needed a new dentist and had a painful issue and needed it to be attended to asap. The receptionist I spoke to initially was professional, friendly and kind and had me in the following morning. I was able to do my new patient paperwork via a text link so upon arrival I was already registered and seen in timely manner. The nurse took me back and took a thorough history and also made me feel very welcome. Then Dr. Lori came in and continued reviewing my history. She then examined me and immediately had a plan of care that she explained thoroughly. She gently completed the procedure, it was painless. She then happily took the time to summarize my procedure and the after care. She then developed a plan of care to do a full evaluation of all my teeth and an appointment for this in 2 weeks. I could not be happier with my first impression. Professional, kind, prompt courteous care definately a 5 out of 5....thank you Chantal, Ashley, and Dr. L. Richter

I have only had the best experiences since I started going here. Recommended to me by a family member, and I am very glad. I also have a lot of anxiety at dentists usually, but I do not here. Highly recommended

Friendly staff. Dentist was thorough and knowledgeable about my needs and next steps. I was also happy that the wait time wasn't that long. I think my family and I have found a great new dentist in the area close to my home!

Dr Schall and the staff at Smile Partners in Havre de Grace are great they were able to get me in for an appointment on short notice to correct a dental issue that was causing pain. I was leaving town for travel and needed urgent care. Without there efforts to provide care I would have had to cancel travel. Thank you

Caring, competent, friendly staff. Dr. Jimmy is the best! The hygienist Cindy has a gentle test which me and my sensitive gums really appreciated! The front office staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Clean and organized. Fantastic, helpful staff and Doctor Lori is kind, gentle and very good at her dentistry skills. She is top notch and knows her stuff. Dr. Schall is one of the best in the business. He treats every patient like family and it shows. Rarely do you find a great clinician and person all in one. Don't forget about the 5 star service from the staff. Smile Partners is a gem!

Thank you to all the staff of Smile Partners, Havre de Grace!! Especially Katrina and Dr. Jim. I was very nervous and right from the start I was made to feel comfortable, calm and completely at ease. Definitely recommend them to anyone but more importantly to those who are nervous or scared of going to the dentist. Again, thank you so much
