To ensure no relapse of disease, the efficiency of home maintenance, and to check for the need of further treatment, regular periodic exams by our doctors coupled with radiographic evaluation is necessary.
Your personalized treatment plan will be explained in detail before beginning, and to ensure attainable access to all care for all our patients each individuals insurance plans and financing options will be explained by our Front Desk Team.
Welcome to our dental family at Smile Palatine! We are excited to help you achieve and maintain a healthy, beautiful smile. Our goal is to educate you on your dental disease and help you understand options for treatment, as well as maintenance for your future dental health.
Your first visit as a new patient will consist of x-rays of all your teeth, and an examination by one of our experienced dentists to evaluate your current state of disease. We will then present an individualized treatment plan to restore and maintain your dental health. Your individualized plan is based on your current oral and systemic health, your chief concerns, your motivations, and aesthetic desires for your smile.
Your treatment may or may not be able to begin on your first visit, depending on your particular circumstance. It is important to understand your options and make an informed and thoughtful decision on what treatment is right for you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While Dr. Kowalski is incredible, the dental hygienists they hire are HORRIBLE. I went in for a routine cleaning and check-up, and Natasha (hygienist) didn't even let me sit down before beginning to berate me for complaining about the way she treated me the last time I was there. Natasha proceeded to yell at me, saying that she heard I had an issue with her the last time and complaining that someone my age (21) shouldn't make comments about an older individual's attitude. Then, Natasha went to Dr. Kowalski and told him that she would not clean my teeth because I didn't respect her. Natasha is incapable of doing her job unless praised. Natasha behaves like she is doing you a favour by simply doing her job, that is, when she isn't busy refusing you the services you are coming in for. DO NOT COME to this place, unless you want to be harassed by Natasha.

I alway thought Dr. Kowalski was a good dentist. Unfortunately, he never was concern about my bad, retrussive jaw bite. After he changed 5 of my buttom teeth with fillings and temporaries, my bite was gone. Offered a reconstruction. In the end sent me to a prosthodontist, that had no idea of what have happened in his office. .......

Everyone in this office was professional and friendly. All practices were easy and streamlined. On time service and satisfied results. Check in and check out was efficient. Scheduling of appointments was seamless. Very courteous and pleasurable experience. Highly recommend this dental office for dental care.

My experience was very good and I would recommend smile Palatine for everyone. The reception room look very clean and they also have hand sanitizer available in the room. Chairs are 6 feet apart and they have a nice big TV that I can watch while I wait. My wait was about 10 minutes which that's how long it took me to fill out the covid-19 forms on the iPad. The receptionist was nice to talk to and the staff seemed very friendly. The hygienist was very informative after my cleaning and also very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend smile Palatine.
