Had my first appointment with Dr Marcus Uchida today. I was very apprehensive due to the fact that I hadn't had any dental care for three years during the pandemic and knew my teeth were not in good shape. Jennifer at reception was very friendly and helpful, Tracy was fast and efficient taking my xrays (and also friendly) and RDH did an excellent job cleaning my teeth (friendly too)! Dr Uchida was so personable and kind and explained what he saw on my x-rays which, happily, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. He prioritized the work that needed to be done but left it up to me to decide what to do first. There was no pressure and no judgement...I'm so happy I found this practice. I am very impressed and highly recommend them. Oh, and my exam and x-rays were free with their advertized special. It was a real pleasure to meet them all!

This is the best dental clinic I have ever been a patient at! Dr. Uchida and the staff are kind, super personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

I've been going there for almost a yr now. Walking into the room it feels like you're in a fancy doctor office from Beverly Hills. Really nice! Be careful don't let marcus appearance fool you he's a mean one! Lol jk Marcus and his staffs are fantastic. They will take care of you on all your needs. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Marcus and his team did a great job making me feel comfortable during my cleaning! The office was extremely clean and I was greeted with a really easy-going, welcoming attitude by all of the staff.

Dr. Uchida and his staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and caring! The office space is beautiful and top of the line. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Uchida and Smile Oswego! They really take care of you!

Marcus and his team are wonderful examples of practitioners that make the comfort of the patient a top priority. The front of the office is also represented by very caring and helpful people. I always enjoy going into the office because they treat me with respect and friendliness. I tell anyone who is looking for a dentist, how wonderful my experience has been. Go see Marcus!!!! It will be worth your time.

Marcus and his team go the extra mile! There was a great deal of sanitizing before, during, and after my appointment. I felt comfortable in the space thanks to their precautions. Marcus cares deeply about his patients as it reflects in the care that he provides. I can't recommend Uchida and his team enough! Bravo guys

I've been going to Marcus for a few years and he's awesome! His newer office is so nice and new! It looks like a fancy plastic surgeon office! I love how gentle, easy and honest everything is. I'm never pushed into doing any procedures I don't want to do like I have in the past! I recommend Marcus and his team 10000000% to anyone looking for a new dentist! :D

I had a great check-up and cleaning with Dr. Uchida and his staff. I was impressed with the ease of scheduling an appointment, the thoroughness of care, and the overall friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back in 6 months.

Best dentist my family and I have ever worked with by far, he is honest, and always does what's best for his patients. I have working with Dr. Uchida for about 7 years now, I have followed him to his new location and will continue to follow him. I highly recommend hun as a dentist. Staff is also so awesome!!
