Dr. Jeff Trembley was raised in Knoxville, TN where he attended college as a pole vaulter for Tennessees Track and Field Team. An avid striper-freshman and volleyball enthusiast, Trembley moved to Nashville from 2006 2008 to teach science at Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, TN.
Dental school was a grueling test of character, persistence, and stamina. I will forever be thankful for my dental school experience because it laid the foundation for my future while testing fortitude.
After 4 years of private practice in Middle Tennessee, Trembley opened Smile On Nashville in November 2017. Trembley has equipped Smile On Nashville with top of the line technology and materials to best serve his patients .
Smile On Nashville has allowed me to practice the kind of dentistry that I would value as a patient. We are armed to the teeth with technology, we use the finest materials the industry offers and we are anchoring ourselves to the principles that have guided dentistry for decades.
Microdental Laboratories selected Dr. Trembleys patient as the MACSTUDIO grand prize winner in 2017. This National contest has only one winner. Dr. Trembley and his patient Rob were invited to San Francisco for the annual calendar photo shoot that featured Rob as the face of Microdental Laboratories to celebrate his smile transformation.
This is by far my favorite dental office to go to. Ive had to have a lot of dental work done and Dr. Trembley has helped me so much. I went from being picked on about my teeth as a child and always hiding my teeth anytime I smile, to ensuring that I show off these pearly whites every chance I get. I couldnt be more appreciative of the staff and Dr. Trembley for giving me my confidence back.If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I highly recommend Jeff and his staff to anyone needing anything from minor cleaning all the way up to extremely major dental work. They are professional and so pleasant. I will be a customer for life. They also donate to the local animal rescue and that is very important for a business to be active in our community. Props to Dr.Trembley and his whole team! 10 out 10 would recommend.

I love seeing Maura for my routine cleaning appointments and Dr. Trembley is a magician with his cosmetic work. He fixed a small chip on my lower anteriors and it looks perfect. PeeWee helps if you have dental anxiety as well!

Highly recommended! I did a lot of research before deciding on the right dentist to enhance my smile and restore some of my teeth from issues with teeth grinding. I put my trust in Dr. Trembley and his team to complete the work and couldn't be more pleased with my new smile! They were there every step of the way to help me understand exactly what I needed to achieve the natural results I was looking for. From doing a mock up smile in the office to the final seating of my new veneers, Dr. Trembley put me at ease by explaining each process, showing me adjustments he could make, and helping decide on the perfect shade for a natural result. Dr. Trembley's game is strong and has to easily be the best cosmetic dentist in Nashville! Folks are constantly complimenting my bright new smile and I find myself smiling more often thanks to Smile on Nashville!!!

I should have know from my first visit that this clinic only cared about making money. The main dentist hardly gave me the time of day at every appointment I had. For 2 months I never heard back on the menu of "treatment plans" they were going to send. I followed up multiple times with no response. Finally after most of their staff quit I received a message saying that the Dr. won't be giving options and the only option was a bunch of veneers to help with a teeth grinding issue. To me I felt like a transaction and I could guarantee the dentist wouldn't notice me in office or out. I would recommend finding someone who cares about their patients. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Stay clear

I was sent to Dr. Tremberly after a failed attempt at getting an implant from Dr. PeyRay due to issues with my tooth and tissue. I loved Dr. PeyRay and was very upset at first because I would have to get a bridge on my front teeth as the only option and my prior dentist encounters haven't been too great, but he reassured me that Dr. Tremberly was the best. He was right and my teeth turned out absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. They look very natural...but perfect to me. I was amazed by the the incredibly sweet, thoughtful, caring, and conscientious staff and dentists at Smile On. They're like the dream-team that all come together to create beautiful teeth and actually change peoples lives. It's bizarre watching their teamwork. Dr. Tremberly is a super great guy and an impeccable dentist and I'm so glad he saved my teeth!

Realistic review here and if this pic of progression doesn't do it for you- then hopefully the story will. I went in the Smile On with years of insecurity behind my smile. But, I was getting married soon, so now was my chance in a confident smile as a bride. I told the team about how I wanted it to still look like me and I would consider veneers if I had to, but I was interested seeing options in what else they could do. Unfortunately, transparently, my first visit turned into three and all trying to sell me on veneers. Dont get me wrong, they were gorgeous! They just didn't look like me. I was a bit defeated- leaving feeling unheard. Fortunately, Dr. Trembly gave me a call one day to hear me out. He was so understanding, he had me back immediately to put together another plan. Right away, the plan was everything I wanted and we got to work quickly. Even after the gingivectomy it was an immediate difference. Then the whitening. And then two permanent retainers and some composite bonding and WOW. I HAVE THE SMILE OF MY DREAMS. Dr. Trembly is incredible. He is so precise and strives for perfection. And even though I think most people go in expecting veneers to be their solution, my journey was different and what Dr. Trembly was able to do with composite is truly art.

Highly recommended Dr Trembley did absolutely fantastic work. I didn't think my smile could be fixed and for my wedding. The photos look amazing with my new smile. I get compliments all the time and love my smile. Staff was great and professional, always feel comfortable and treated well.

I am so happy I chose Smile on Nashville to do my veneers. Dr. Trembley is so talented at what he does. I was super nervous from the beginning but I could not be more happy with my results. Everyone in the office is amazing! They all work together and make a dream team! I travel from out of town to come to Smile on Nashville, Dr. Trembley always goes above and beyond to get everything taken care of when I am in town. He did an exceptional job on my veneers and he Made sure everything was perfect! I love my new smile so much! Dr. Trembley is the best. I've been going to see him for years and he always takes care of me. I feel like plenty of dentists out there are always looking for a new way to make another buck off of you, but I can honestly say Dr. Trembley only cares about doing what is best for his patients, whether that's the health of your teeth or anything cosmetic. I've been to many different dentists over the years, and I finally found one that meets all of my needs. Highly highly recommended.

I had been on the search for a cosmetic dentist to correct my old veneers, and had been recommended Dr. Trembley. I took a look at the Smile on Nashville instagram and his veneer work was extensive and incredible. His office was extremely accommodating - I came in the following day for a consultation and had my permanent dream smile within the same month. Dr. Trembley listened to all of my concerns with my old veneers and carefully constructed the perfect smile to fit my face. His team has been so great throughout the process and are just as invested in my new smile as I am! I have to admit my favorite team member is PeeWee the frenchie who has kept me comfy on each of my appointments! No offense to the rest of y'all :)

My entire experience was amazing. I went in to meet Dr. Trembley to just see what I thought. I was immediately sold. MOST importantly, the employee of the month PeeWee greater me and made me feel right at ease! I was looking for a very natural revision of my upper smile, and that's exactly what I received. My first set of veneers were not quite perfect, and he was quick to say so and get them right. I'm so glad I chose this offices. Kristina and Jordan at the front are great, Sheila, Jose, and Antonio were a perfect team. And then Dr Trembley did an amazing job. Thank you guys so much!!!

I am very satisfied with my experience at SmileOn Nashville. I went in for a dental procedure and I received so much more than that. All of the staff was so friendly and catered to any need I had. Even PeeWee, the therapy dog, comforted me during my procedure. I absolutely LOVE my new smile! Big thanks to Dr. Trembly, Dr. Antonio, and the rest of the SmileOn Nashville staff. When I ran into any issues, they were resolved quickly and my entire procedure took less time than I expected it to. I'm happy to say that I'll be making them my permanent dentist office from here on out!

I transferred to Smile On Nashville because of proximity to home and work. My cleaning was very efficient and painless. Alyssa did a great job with my cleaning and explaining better habits to keep my teeth healthy. Jeff is an all around great guy who obviously cares for each and every one of his patients. I am not one to post reviews but feel compelled to do so after my incredible experience at Smile On Nashville today. I was initially scheduled for just a new patient consultation but Dr. Trembley noticed an acute issue and immediately added me on for a procedure. He went out of his way to ensure I received the absolute best care and in a timely fashion. His priority was clearly to provide me with the best care and made me feel incredibly at ease. Not to mention at the most affordable cost this city has to offer -- demonstrates he truly cares for his patients by providing accessible, yet excellent, care. I could not be happier with the results of my procedure; he is an artist!! I texted pictures of my teeth to my friends in the parking lot immediately after :) I would also like to thank his wonderful support staff who made me feel very welcome my first day. Dr. Trembley went out of his way to provide me with the best possible dental care and displayed true compassion and the most exceptional care there is! Dr Trembley, Sheila, Antonio, Jose, Kristina and Jordan were incredible! Each have their own brilliance and unique role in a process that was unfamiliar to me yet they made me feel like an expert and VIP. My brand new smile is absolutely perfect, a work of art, yet natural and enhancing! I could not have asked for a better Dentist, staff and experience. Dr Trembley and crew are an amazing team and I highly recommend anyone thinking of enhancing their smile, whether that is with a full set of procelain veneers like me or smaller improvements...they will absolutely blow you away with their personal touch and quality of work!
