This is not a good place to go and receive dental care. My daughter and I both had cleanings last week. I myself need a deep cleaning. The dentist only clean a couple of my front teeth and then say she was done. Two weeks later when I visited Smile at Goose Creek, for teeth whitening [THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL and their reviews are 5 star across the board ] when receiving my x-ray the Doctor at Smile at Goose Creek told me from the looks of my x-ray. Whomever did my deep cleaning missed some areas in my mouth. In Which I need a deep cleaning in order to clear away the infection in my gums or I would start losing bone in my teeth. Smile on dental never told me I had an affection in my gums. My throat and jaw started to swell days later. I visited Roper ER and was prescribed antibiotics to clear up the infection. Smile on Dental are aware of my heart condition and They neglected to tell me about the affection that could have been life threatening. Ps I am still waiting for $168 refund for my daughter's extraction that they never preformed. My daughters precdure was done 12/13/21 I which she had 3 teeth extracted. They didn't extract the 4th tooth. today is 12/27/21 and Megan still haven't returned my phone call regarding my refund and it's been a week now. Worst dentist office ever

Was very good experience from start to finch havent been to dentist in While the doctors took time to explain issues didnt know about tooth and did good job. I recommend you will be pleased. Had to go back on the six of December to get 3 fillings was very nervous but from front counter to back for work everyone was very helpful in keeping me calm to when time for needle doctor page did so fast I didn't even notice. Thanks all there keep up great work

Its been a long time since I have been able to get my beautiful smile back and Smile on Dental really did a marvelous job. I not only have my smile back but my confidence is on one thousand percent. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

This was our first visit to this office and I was well pleased. The environment was clean, the dental assistant made my grand-daughter feel comfortable and she communicated with her. Every question that was asked by my 8 year old granddaughter was answered in a pleasant tone. The dentist was very nice and professional. I understand everything that was happening and future plans. I am very glad I came across their number. They also made sure my appointment was in my terms. They whole staff was a pleasure to meet.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. Clenleness was top notch and calculus removal and knowledge gained from questions answered leaves me feeling like the sun in shining on me this morning. Hella good! smile on dental and staff!

Every time my kids go to their appointments, the wait to be seen takes very long. We have waited for at least 30 minutes or more past their appointment times to be called to the back. We also continue to sit and wait for the Dentist for extended periods of time after the kids have had their cleanings. My kids have been coming here for years but since the change in staff, things don't seem to run as smoothly as before. The staff is very friendly but I will be switching my kids dentist because going there is more of an inconvenience than anything.

Sloooooooow. The staff was nice and friendly but they lacked in professionalism and process. I went in for a general cleaning and exam. It was a slow process and the office, staff, doctor and equipment seemed disheveled. Moving equipment from room to room and missing pieces for a proper X-ray. (Had to do it twice). I can overlook those things if you do an excellent job cleaning my teeth. That was not the case. I even pointed out two areas where I typically have plaque build up to the doctor and hygienist. Neither touched it and I left with plaque still there. I was actually dumbfounded that they would charge $225 for that level of service. Bummer because they all were very sweet and treated me well but honestly I wouldn't ever go back or recommend them.

I was going in for just a cleaning but was able to get some fillings done as well. The staff was friendly and the doctor was informative and gentle.
