This is an excellent dental practice. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Pagel is a highly skilled and careful dentist and the results are amazing. He is doing a series of dental implants on me and they are attractive and very well done. I am very happy entrusting my many dental needs to the people at this practice.

I highly recommend Smile Obsession. I haven't been to the dentist in about 5 years - similar to many others I am intimidated by the experience. Dr. Shah is the first dentist I have had that hasn't made me feel guilty about not getting regular treatment; he was kind, courteous and I truly valued how he explained what he was doing before doing it. Both he and his dental hygienist (Anthony) checked in regularly to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort throughout. If you're like me and feel guilty for not going to the dentist for awhile but aren't sure where to start - I would say book an appointment with Dr. Shah.

Dr. Liz and Dr. Pagel are awesome! I was afraid of the dentist and he made my experience as pleasant as dental work can be. He explains everything he is going to be doing and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process. I didn't feel any pain and I will gladly come back again. His staff is also very friendly and professional.

My family has been a long time patient of this dental practice, even before it became Smile Obsession. Let me say it is much different than was it was before. The office has been remodeled and has a brighter, warmer feeling. Dr Pagel and hygenist Deena are still around (a good thing). The new staff complement them also since they are friendly & inviting. If you need dental procedures like fillings or crown, then assistant Vanessa will put you at ease with her charming personality. Best of all they take most private insurance... a big change from the previous dental practice.

Everyone is so nice at the Naperville office! They are also quick and efficient. I was in and out of my 6 month cleaning appointment in 30 minutes. I highly recommend.

Dr.Pagel is great! My whole family sees him. Recently my 12 yr old needed extractions for braces, he explained the whole process very clearly and made sure she was comfortable. She healed quickly without any issues. Overall highly recommend the dental practice.
