Dr. Thomas Pham grew up in a small upstate New York city called Syracuse. He attended Binghamton University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Dr. Pham went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and graduated Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in 2006.
Upon the completion of his graduate studies, he moved to Seattle where he has been practicing the arts of dentistry. He has had extensive experience in treating veneers, crowns and bridges, dental implants and Invisalign clear aligners. Dr. Pham enjoys meeting and interacting with patients to forge long-lasting relationships. He believes in the importance of meeting each patients unique needs. Therefore, during the first visit, Dr. Pham dedicates time to get to know them. He then uses this knowledge to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan to achieve total dental health and beautiful aesthetics for those in his care. He also favors continuing dental training and education in surgery and cosmetic dentistry such as Lumineers, Invisalign and cutting-edge dental implants. Dr. Pham goes above and beyond the minimum requirements of continuing education to stay at the front of the ever-advancing field of dentistry.
In his free time, Dr. Pham enjoys the outdoors and being with his family. He also loves running, playing tennis, snowboarding and cycling. He recently ran the Rock and Roll half-marathon in Seattle and hopes to complete the full marathon in the near future. Dr. Pham strongly believes in striving to better oneself no matter where in life they may be. Among his favorite quotes are the words, May the best of your past be the worst of your future. Lisa is our office manager. Lisa brings to the table over thirty years of experience in the dental field. With her industry knowledge and background, she is capable of helping you with all of your insurance questions. Lisa is friendly and outgoing and truly cares for every patient that comes through our doors. She will do her best to get you in at a moments notice or keep in contact with you to bring you in sooner. Lisa loves her work and the patients, and it shows in how she cares for our patients.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys entertaining and cooking. She frequently cooks and delivers meals to people in the neighborhood who do not get out much. She loves to hang out on her dock on Big Lake with friends, family and lake neighbors. Her favorite visitor, though, is her 6-year-old granddaughter, Adara! The whole family loves to swim and boat!
Lisa also loves to shoot for a hobby and has a variety of guns. She enjoys going to the gun range and taking classes. She hopes to compete one day. Most of all, Lisa loves to laugh and smile and make others happy!
I am married to my wonderful husband Bjorn. I have been a dental assistant for five years with experience in general dentistry and oral surgery. I attended Marysville Getchell High school and the Sno-Isle TECH program for dental assistants. I have a passion for helping people and love children. I also manage a horse barn in my spare time, and I have one horse.

Im attending Everett Community College in the fall for my prerequisite for dental hygiene. When Im not working, I enjoy being with my family, friends and volunteering at my church.
Rinki has a Bachelors of Science in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University and has practiced hygiene for over 25 years. She is very passionate not only about oral health, but overall health and wellness. She loves sharing her passion and knowledge with her patients in a compassionate and a non-judgmental manner. She works hard to make her patients feel comfortable and educates them about their individual dental needs. In her spare time, she enjoys being at the gym, hiking and boating.
Jazmin joined SmileNow Dental in 2019. She has been a dental assistant for over 3 years. Jazmin has a big family. She enjoys spending time cooking and playing with her siblings. In her free time she enjoys volleyball, hiking, fitness, and reading.

I truly enjoyed my dental experience at Smile Now dental. Dr. Pham has been my dentist for as long as I can remember! I've been through a lot of cleaning, fillings, and even a root canal with him. Each time, he makes the experience very comfortable especially since he knows I get a bit of anxiety with my appointments! After all of the teeth repairing, I was able to go through with having Invisalign. It was such an easy process with him and before I knew it my teeth were all straight and pretty! I am now so comfortable and happy with my new smile and I can definitely give credits to Dr. Pham :)

I have been coming to Dr. Pham since they opened, over 10 years ago. When I came to them I had such dental anxiety, and Dr. Pham has recognized my fears and gone completely out of his way to ensure my comfort. Lisa, the office manager is absolutely top notch; always able to accommodate our schedules and always handles our insurance billing with meticulous perfection. Jazmin and Angel offer an educated and comfortable experience. I can not think of anything but compliments about this dental practice. I would have to travel for dental services if Dr. Pham ever moved his practice.
