My smile and my even teeth are smiling happier with my veneers! My husband and I have had one of the most experienced and professional dentist and staff for the past 4 years. We have the utmost trust in Dr Kalafatic and his competent staff with my veneers, fillings, crowns and regular cleanings--Thanks for another good painless cleaning and your very pleasant receptionist was most helpful and accommodating to our visits....we're very happy patients Thank you Dr Kalafatic and your always smiling and pleasant staff!

Memo on Betty Ul review ...... your review did not touch on the Excellent Care this office gives to each patient and specifically referring to the "old lady" at the front desk being lazy and asking you to pay for any part of your treatment ..... you are so rude and so wrong! She is not "old" nor lazy! It is a Courtesy when any professional office does not collect payment and waits for payment from Insurance, and they extend that courtesy to all patients unless your Ins will not approve a procedure by phone. YOU made the right decision by not returning, as the entire staff is better off without you as a patient ..... as a previous Administrator of a very successful Dental practice, my advice is to always be courteous and not rude to any staff member , their goal is never to agitate you or debate a patient ! Dispute your benefits with the Insurance company.

Wonderful practice. Absolutely professional and always welcoming. The staff are all amazing and Dr. Kalafatic is exceptional at what he does. I highly recommend them.

First visit today. Dentist and assistant very pleasant . Hygienist sandy was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Then I had to deal with the women in the front desk. My insurance clearly states fluoride treatment is a zero copay. My insurance clearly states this fluoride service is limited to 2 services a year. This was my first fluoride service for the year and they are telling me I have to pay $20. Both women are wrong. I barley passed the 11th grade and I could clearly read my copay is zero for today for the fluoride. If they did their job correctly one of these women simply had to get on the phone and verify this, since they are unable to read an I insurance plan benefits. I assume it was laziness for them not to want to call and verify this. After I left I felt a little plaque in one of my teeth so I immediately came back. The old woman at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me to get out and waved me to exit as if she was swatting a fly. That kind of treatment is Absolutely disgraceful. Sandy the hygienist graciously took me back and took care of that tooth. The women at the desk are not trained or educated to be handling insurance and customer issues. The old woman needs to learn what customer service is all about. I will not be back and will begin my search for another new dentist. I was a patient of Dr Joseph Pastura before he retired for 18 years. That man and is staff were gold. Unfortunately dentists like that are rare to find

Very friendly staff. Clean waiting room. My hygienist really knows her stuff. Cleaning my teeth is not the only area of dentistry she knows. Very intelligent. Stephanie is very important to that office.

Great personalized personal attention. Small office of people happy doing their job well done! Dr. Frank is honest and cares for his patients, Ms. Maria the hygienist was doing her job in a timely manner and in a caring way and Ms. Janice was super sweet receiving us and later on taking all needed x-rays while being sure I was comfortable. For many years I visited another dental office and I was a. It concerned trying a new place. I just regret I didn't do this before...! Great experience, overall 8 stars!

This dental office gets 5 stars. It deserves more!! I have been a patient of this office for many years.From the moment your appointment is booked to the time you complete your visit..the experience is positive, easy and very relaxing. Dr Kalafatic has wonderful "chair side" manner and he makes you feel so confident He is genuine, listens to your concerns and is very patient..he does not rush you out. In his presence you feel like staying in that chair..He has done excellent dental work for me and my family. His staff is a beautiful group of professionals as well, I highly recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Kalafatic for your kind contribution to the dental profession.

Another quality visit to Smile Now Dental Care. Some new staff members, but the quality of work and attention to detail remains. I had a different hygienist attend to me this time and I was impressed by the gentleness and complete cleaning of my teeth. I left feeling very satisfied knowing that my dental needs are being taken care of by such competent, caring professionals.
