This place is good with most kids. Most of the dentists are very nice and kid friendly. Although there are a few people here who need to take their time with special needs kids and consider how the parents feel about certain procedures being done to them. Being respectful is the most important thing to me.

This was a 4/5 star location after my daughters first visit. She had some additional dental work then they scheduled a routine follow up. They cancelled her appointment without letting me know. Need more professional communication.

I wish there was a place that was half as good when we were children. This is our second visit and my son is getting a cavity filled. The dental assistant and doctor have gone above and beyond to keep my son calm and comfortable. I won't take my children anywhere else from now on.

First visit there, they did what two other Dentist couldn't do. They made sure my Autistic Son was relaxed n felt it was his choice to get his tooth pulled.

We love this north Muskegon location. My kids are always treated so well, everything explained to them, and kept busy so not to worry about their dental work. My son has overcome so much thanks to Dr Miller and his team. I really appreciate my kids' experience being so valued.

They knew for a week prior to my sons appointment my ex's federal insurance was out of network and instead of calling me to inform me they wait till I get to the appointment that my son waited 3 months for to tell me. Terribly unprofessional, a simple courtesy call would have solved the entire situation. When I originally made the appointment I was told they accepted the insurance. Imagine my surprise and irritation when I get to the appointment in a freezing rain ice storm to be told they are out of the network.

I just want to express what a fantastic experience I had today for my first visit at there office. I think this has been one of the best dental office's I have ever been in. The staff is amazingly wonderful people. The dentist was wonderful, they actually took time to even want to know who I am. They didn't treat me like I was just a number, but a human being with a heart. I am so glad I found this office. I will and would recommend them to all my Friend's ect .

I love the new staff. I used to go to smile grand haven and im thrilled they joined up. The north muskegon staff is the same awesome quality as grand haven. I highky recommend them!!

Was disappointed when I learned that all of wonderful ladies that worked here are no longer there- my kids felt so comfortable with Dr. Michelle and her assistants. The new staff answering the phones were also very confused when I called in as to what was going on and who still worked there. What a bummer.
