Dr. Amit Kumar received his degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Since that time, he has continued to immerse himself in the top educational programs that keep him on the cutting edge of tools, technology, and techniques. Dr. Kumar has received Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, as well as Mastership of the American Dental Implant Association. With a commitment to excellence, Dr. Kumar completes several times more training hours per year than is required for state licensing.
Just like you, Dr Kumar visits his own personal dentist, and understands the anxiety that one can feel. He has been treated with dental fillings, teeth whitening, orthodontics (twice due to not wearing his retainer as recommended), and, now, he wears a sleep appliance at night which allows him to sleep more soundly. I had such a great experience with Dr. Kumar. He was always professional and willing to make accommodations to my schedule for appointment times. Most importantly, the work he does is fantastic and it is evident that he truly cares about quality. I would highly recommend his services if you're looking for cosmetic procedures.

Chicago location Was not a good experience the last two visits if you need teeth pulled and don't have decent insurance your gonna get a referral to a different dentist that handles it and he had an arrogant attitude with me last two visits

I enjoy going to Smile More Today and seeing Dr Kumar and his staff. They always make me feel welcomed in his beautiful office. Dr Kumar is currently doing my braces treatment since I had a gap that had bothered me for awhile and I can say honestly it's been the best. He always takes me and my needs into consideration, my appointments are always on time and we have great conversations throughout my visit. Dr Kumar is a great dentist he always explains step by step what the next visit is going to be like and what our ultimate goal is I'm so glad I choose Dr Kumar and his team for my dental work. I recommend him to everyone!

I was referred to Dr. Kumar by my husband about 5 years ago. I've always been apprehensive about going to the dentist, so when I had a broken tooth I was terrified! Dr. Kumar did an amazing job with a complicated tooth extraction and walked me through the whole process of my implant. I never felt one zing of pain! Since then I have gone to him for all my dental needs and I'm so happy to have found a dentist who cares about his patients. Not only is he a skilled dentist, but he's very personable and friendly. He knows my husband and I by name and remembers details about us from past visits. He is a dentist who values his patients and puts pride into his work. I've referred several family members and friends in the last few years- could not ask for more when it comes to a dentist!

Dr. Kumar runs a great practice! The staff is friendly, and the facility itself is calming and welcoming. Dr. Kumar is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything that he does in simple terms so that patients understand the process. I would highly recommend Smile More Today.

Going to the dentist doesn't have to be scary or create lots of anxiety. Dr Kumar performed my first root canal a few years back and it was not the horror stories you hear about. The atmosphere and level of care exceeded my expectations on my first visit. I've been a patient for the last 6 years and it is always easy for me to schedule my cleanings. Customer service and level of care is evident when you call up on the phone. I highly recommend Dr Kumar and his very friendly staff for all your dental needs.
