Growing up in small town Rock Island Illinois, Dr. Sami Diab went on to pursue his love for computers and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Engineering where he obtained a Bachelors of Computer Engineering. He then earned both his Bachelors of Dental Sciences degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He is currently a proud member of several dental organizations, including the Chicago Dental Society (CDS), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), and the American Dental Association (ADA).
With the goal of spreading good oral health to his patients, Dr. Diab founded Smile More Dental in 2011. Since then he has established a tight knit team of doctors and staff that share his vision and possess thesame passion and skill in dentistry as he does. His love, care, and dedication to his patients has allowed Smile More Dental to flourish and treat nearly 10,000 patients.
Dr. Diabs dental experience and knowledge is well rounded and extends to dental implants, oral and IV sedation, advanced cardiac life support, full mouth reconstruction and All-On-4 Dental Implant Restorations, dentures, and much more.
When he is not in the office caring for his patients, Dr. Diab enjoys spending time with his wife and son. With friends, he loves a round of tennis or soccer during the warmer months, and is an avid skier and snowboarder during the winter.
After completing her undergraduate degree from the prestigious University of Chicago, Dr. Hiba obtainedher DDS at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. She was top 10 in her class and is currently part of the clinical faculty at UIC College of Dentistry. Throughout her years of practicing dentistry she has done advancedtraining in procedures such as conscious sedation, extractions, implants, and Botox. She is currently afellow of the InternationalDental Implant Association.

Smile More Dental is committed to patient care. As an extension of thecommitmentto care, we want to positively impact as many lives as possible andthat is why we have started the Giving Back Project. Though in its infancy, this program aims to help and benefit our local and global community. Below are some examples.
One month every year, we partner up with Kensington Schools to teach oral hygiene classes at their schools. We strongly believe that teaching oral hygiene to our local youth will help instill healthy habits. In turn, this helps to create healthy and happy smiles within our community!
We have partnered with several schools to teach oral hygiene throughout the classrooms in our community. Our team engages the children in a playful learning experience and provides them with new toothbrushes and more. We have made it a priority to instill the importance of good oral hygiene and good eating habits starting at a young age. We strongly believe that teaching children will ensure that they keep healthy teeth and gums for life!
We have teamed up with The Vitamin Shoppe to educate our community on the importance of oral hygiene. We do multiple Health Fair Expos throughout the year, providing various samples of new oral hygiene products for everyone to try out!
The Lombard Park District hosted Take Time for Tots Day, which provided activities for the children and resources for the parents. We joined in on the fun and had interactive games to play with the children. They loved seeing Toothy and learning about ways to take care of their teeth.
Our team had a great day volunteering at SCARCE! We helped to clean up and paint their classroom. SCARCE is a wonderful organization that helps collect books and school supplies for schools in need. They are doing great things for our planet and communities, so we loved helping them out today!
Smile More Dental has joined Serve DuPage 2015, a yearlong initiative to promote volunteerism and civic engagement throughout DuPage County. Serve DuPage 2015 will focus on service area every month including the arts, literacy, public safety, food insecurity, employment and veterans. It will also continuously promote volunteerism in all areas throughout the year.
One of our dentists recently traveled to volunteer in makeshift dental clinics halfway across the world. He teamed up with SAMS, which organizes volunteer trips for physicians, dentists and other healthcare providers. He provided moral and psychological support, as well as general, preventative and emergency dental care for refugees.
It was all smiles on December 6th as the DuPage County Sheriffs Fraternal Order of Police and Smile More Dental teamed up to put on the annual Shop with a Sheriff event held at the Meijer store in Bloomingdale. A group of DuPage County kids spent the day roaming the aisles picking out their favorite gifts and toys for themselves and family members.
The holidays are such a happy time for most people, but its tough for some kids and families who are barely making ends meet. No child should have to go without on Christmas. To see the joy on their faces as they shop is very rewarding, -Dr. Sami Diab of Smile More Dental.

I came in as a new patient with a serious tooth issue. They were extremely thorough and really checked all my teeth to be sure they presented the best choices for me. The dentist presented all my options and made sure I understood them and did not make me feel bad when I chose an extraction over a root canal. He was very gentle and comforting during the whole procedure, I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Smile Dental was very detailed when explaining my procedures and made sure I understood all phases. They were very attentive to my needs and helpful with sharing after care regimens to get my teeth and gums back healthy. I absolutely recommend them!

The staff there are so very friendly and so professional, they make sure you doing fine and if you anything. The Dentist will review your charts ahead of time, so when he sees you he knows what to ask and look for. They make you feel like one of dental group as family.

I called and got an appointment right away to see a dentist about a mouth issue which came up suddenly. The dentist was thorough and came up with a conservative plan to address my issue. I appreciate that he didn't rush to a procedure and had time to discuss my options with me. He also made sure I was comfortable and reassured me if things changed, they would be there for me when next steps were needed.

Wonderful experience on my first visit. Spotlessly clean office with caring and very friendly staff. The Dentists are extremely knowledgeable and they have the most modern X-ray and scanning equipment. If that's not enough, the best part is that they are experienced in dental implants and are have exceptionally reasonable prices. I love the fact that they don't price gouge their customers, in fact they have the lowest price for dental implants from ANY other dentists in the area(and for that matter, the state). I saw their add for $1999.00 for dental implants and was skeptical so I made an appointment to see if it was true... IT IS! They are true to their word, if you need an implant (or any dental work) this is definitely the place to go. Don't even think about it, make an appointment! You won't be disappointed! Your mouth and especially your pocket book will be very happy. This place is doing a public service because many people put off dental work like implants because they can't afford it, but here is a rare place where they may have an opportunity to afford it. And even if price is not a consideration, this is definitely the place to go.

I've never consistently been to the dentist. Everyone hates the dentist! But Smile More Dental has a great team that really takes care of everyone that walks through the door. The front desk staff is nice and informative. Tip, my hygienist, is awesome and she makes me feel great even when I'm not keeping up as I should with my dental care. The doctors are thorough. Then at the end of your care you get treats and a treatment plan from the office manager. It's a great process, a great team, and a great environment. I highly recommend Smile More Dental

Everyone here is sooooo nice and accommodating!! I moved to shorewood which is 45 minutes away but will continue to come here because of the people. They even sent me a Starbucks gift card for referring my husband to them! I've never had that before happen to me! Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Went to this dentist after having a terrible experience at another dentist. I'm one of those people who avoid going to the dentist as long as possible until I have something go wrong. I had to go to one asap. I am very glad that I picked this place! Right away they make you feel as comfortable as possible. Office ladies were very kind and personable. The doctor gave me options that I didn't know would be possible. He explained things so I can understand. Hygienist was also very kind and explained things very through and answered any questions that I had. Overall I had a great first experience and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to going back and moving forward in the right direction to getting my teeth better

As someone who has dealt with severe dental anxiety and who avoided the dentist for years, finding Smile More Dental has been an incredible experience for me. They have taken care of everything I've needed while being friendly, patient, and fair priced. My dental anxiety has almost diminished because they are so professional and have made each visit comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I highly, highly recommend!
