SMILE got me in the same day I called (on a Friday no less) to address an issue. Dr. Hoffenbacker & her assistant were excellent and very thorough. I couldn't have asked for better care or a faster response time. The Doctors & Staff at SMILE truly care about their patients and they go above in care and customer service. Thank you, SMILE crew! Peps are friendly, helpful in front desk. After being seated my cleaning was great, through, and the Dr exam was also through, she looked at the x-rays and gave me a thumbs up.

I went to Smile MT Urgent Dental Clinic as a walkin. Thank goodness they saw me within the hour. I had an abcess and needed a tooth pulled. They took such good care of me. I hated to lose my tooth but things couldn't have gone any better.

Well, I'd had a minor dental emergency. So I was accepted into the Kalispell office which I'd not been to before. I was escorted to the exam room within mere minutes of my arrival. Dr. Miller, who isn't in that office on Thursday, happened to be there. After my x-rays and cleaning Dr. Miller came in to examine me for my issue. Such a friendly crew who treat you like family. I've been to all 3 offices now and this is true for all 3. Love this dental practice!!

I've been to the Kalispell office and the Columbia Falls office and I could not have had better work done than what I've received at these two offices. Outstanding job each time, no matter the work that was required.

Just Amazing. Came in, took my info, saw Dr. Miller and he said, I can do the work now if you want. I said, "Heck yeah". We were done 40 minutes later.

I do not enjoy the dentist (who does?), but I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Caroline, the hygenist, was warm, friendly, and caring. She is the best!!! The Dentist was equally kind and for once I did not mind being in the dentist's chair. Thanks!
