Dr. Althauser Story:Dr. Althauser grew up in the rural farming community of Pleasant Hill, Missouri. He graduated with a BS in biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 and received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2004. After graduation Dr. Althauser moved to Missoula, Montana to start his dental career as a staff dentist at Partnership Health Center. The majority of the work performed at the community clinic involved removing teeth which were beyond repair and in severe pain. Though it was rewarding to help patients with their immediate dental needs, the vision of creating a practice focused on preventing problems and restoring teeth to long-term health, function, and beauty started to emerge.

In 2007 Dr. Althauser moved to private practice where his vision of complete dental care was put into action. Committed to the highest level of care and the latest in scientific research, Dr. Althauser participates extensively in continuing education courses throughout the country.

I am incredibly blessed to live in this community and practice a profession that implements my personal passion for health and all the opportunities it creates.
